Julia was very responsive and on point, on top of being pleasant in her interactions. She represented Qasa as a very transparent organisation that can be trusted.

Unfortunately they offer insurance through Omocom. I had bad experience with that insurance company after a sort term rental. Not worth the hassle, use facebook groups and check that the person that rents from you has a proper insurance coverage from a proper insurance company.

There are lots of ads without pictures. We wish to see what the object of interest looks like before travelling that far to view a potential scam or living conditions that is not for us (such as, with a baby). Some won't send pictures either if we choose to contact them. It feels lazy or fishy from their side. Of course we worry about missing out as well. If pictures were mandatory and monitored it would make things easier.

I used Qasa to rent out my house and had an overall very positive experience. My tenants didn’t always pay rent to Qasa or cover their electricity bills on time, but Qasa still ensured I received my rental payments without interruption.
At the end of the lease, they handled everything smoothly by collecting the necessary details and using the deposit to cover any outstanding costs.
Overall, it gave me peace of mind as a landlord, and I would definitely recommend the service.

Fast to answer, professional and directly to the point… like it should be.
Thanks Nadja for the help.

Very good platform for renting. I found it easy to find a quality tenant. I also got good support from their team when I needed it.

Their support is lacking severely and emailing with their support workers is like chatting with robots, with no understanding for how the real world functions and how real the consequences of their mistakes are to everyday people.
I've had no issues as a landlord until this very week and it's been hell. They're unwilling to make up for their mistakes and I doubt the circus they're causing in my case is even legal.
My roommate moved out in February, they mistook the information as January. Perhaps because she wrote it in English. Our mistake was thinking they understood and signing what they sent us to confirm the info. Then they sent me an invoice (due date the 22nd- before pay day... WHY?) for double the amount I actually owe them.
They refuse to fix it, insist me and my roommate fix it amongst ourselves but are also (of course) having issues paying her back. The fact is, I'm lucky to get along with my now old roommate, what if she just decided to keep the money and never pay me back? It's insane to suggest it's out of their hands when no payments have been sent or recieved yet regarding this issue.
They're so unwilling to give good customer support in fact that they refuse to even push the deadline of the double invoice 3 days forward to payday and instead want me to pay another 6 bucks as a late fee, as it's literally impossible for me to pay it before I get my salary. They're assholes through and through.
Find another way to rent safely they don't care about you. I know they could just cancel that invoice and send a new one with a reasonable due date, they just literally couldn't care less. Like others have mentioned they also take ages to respond, there's no phone line to actually speak person to person and they won't have your back.
Edit:
Do not be fooled by their response, they never reached out to me again, it's genuinely a front to look like they care.

So I’ve rented out through blocket before. Now it’s all done trough Qasa, a bit expensive but figured it was worth it for “safety” reasons. Nevertheless they seem to have their business model structured so as to not inform you about possible problems until after the fact. In my case the renter didn’t pay his deposit, I still got several mails and signals from Qasa about the rent being finalized and provided the tenant with the keys based on that. Hyresgarantin is very clearly described on their homepage and it all made me feel safe to proceed on a Sunday. But there’s a little clause you won’t find until you ask them, and that is that the lease and garanti isn’t viable until this deposit is paid. The day after the lease already has started I got a mail about not giving the key until it’s paid. By then I was abroad. The customer service was a joke when I contacted them. They knew what they were doing and what parts of the “villkor” to lean on - making me assume that this might be part of the business model. Luckily I atleast convinced the tenant to pay the months lease directly to me. But I wouldn’t trust Qasa another time for safety. Housing is so sensitive, it might be very difficult and even dangerous to evict someone, so I find them having a an unethical model all in all.

Worst experience ever
Customer support is the worst ever - impossible to get hold of them on the phone or via email. They take forever to reply to your messages.
They also withhold money without any clear explanation and take forever to give you back your deposit. One advice: run away from them.

Be aware if you want to rent an apartment from Qasa. It is more secure to find apartments from Facebook than this company. They take zero responsibility for the tenants. I have documented facts about their irresponsibility. Just be aware.

Terrible customer service! They are not transferring the rent money!
Do not recommend!
I have not received my money, even though my tenant has payed.
We have both tried to contact Qasa (with screenshots of proof of payment) for almost a month, but with no success.
How can a company with 100MSEK revenue have such a poor customer service is beyond me.
I will never recommend anyone using their service.

My warmest recommendation to engage the Qasa team in your rent out business. Punctual payments and long term commitment. Thanks! 🙏

THEY HAVE COLLECTED 5 MONTHS OF RENT FROM MY RENTERS AND STILL HAVE NOT MANAGED TO PAY ME! I WRITE AND WRITE AND WRITE AND IT TAKES 3-5 DAYS FOR THEM TO ANSWER... THEN THEY ANSWER ONLY PARTIALLY SO I HAVE TO KEEP WRITING AND WAITING.
I'M WONDERING IF THIS IS A SCAM.
