I was a happy rebuy Client for years…

Update: They said they reached out to me via email, they did not. What a surprise.

I was a happy rebuy Client for years and always got my iPhones there. My last Experience was sadly very bad and I think I will no longer Order there. I bought an iPhone 15 pro in „very good“ conditions, as it arrived it was missing the speaker and there was a huge hole on the top of the Display, there were a lot of scratches and you Could clearly see they have been working with some Kind of glue, there were a lot of residues. I returned the phone in hopes of a Better quality and good phone, they exchanged it and the product they sent me in Return was sadly in very Bad conditions too, the costumer Service told me it was not the same as the First iPhone. Somehow there also was a hole in the Display were the speaker belongs and the sides were scratched too. They did not offer me any refunds or other help so i am not sure what happend to the rebuy I once was a trustful Customer to. I am not sure how to continue this issue..

Damage due to bad return packaging

Two times they send back my camera lenses which i sold to them because of dust affecting the pictures which i dont agree but anyway... They ship back the lenses both times without any padding or wrap just inside an empty box! The second time the lens was wobbly and making clunking noise and they say it was like that when they received it.

Avoid- bad customer service and unclear policies

In short, I had a very bad experience with them. I would definitely avoid.
This is not to defame them but rather to share my experience and warn others about this platform.

Initially, I checked the reviews here before engaging with them, but their customer services turned out to be the absolute worst, and I am losing 150€ because of the way they are trying to deal with the matter.

I bought a used Galaxy Watch 7 from them. When it arrived, it turned out to be made only for the Middle East and Northern Africa region, with no possibility to add any European country in the core setup. On the box, it was clearly stated that it was made for the Middle East and Northern Africa region. That meant I could not use many functionalities of the watch, and it clearly does not match a product ordered in Germany.

I returned the watch immediately and asked for a refund. After taking some days on their side, they said that the watch had a password and that I should reset it and send it back. I became a bit suspicious, as there is no reason for them to return the watch to me in the first place. They could easily remove the claimed password.
Once I got the watch, I reset it again and sent it back the next day hoping to get my refund!
Then, all out of the blue, I got the notification that I am getting a replacement instead of a refund, which I never asked for.

After so many back-and-forths with the customer service, they are forcing the replacement on me and claiming that it is after the refund period, although this was not the case. Not mentioning that they sent a defect product to begin with.

Their customer service was really not helpful, and it all feels that I am being tricked somehow.
I would definitely avoid.

Okay for buyers – a disaster for sellers

Buying games is fine, but selling them is more than just a rip-off. I wanted to sell 80 to 90 games in one go. And when scanning the games, I got offers like €0.10, €0.15, €0.44 and so on. But seriously, it’s understandable that you factor in your effort and costs, but offering amounts in the cents range? The material value alone is already higher than what you’re offering. I find that an absolute disgrace. If I sell these games individually, for example on eBay, I always get between €5 and €10, even for very old games in perfect condition. However, I wanted to avoid that effort and sell everything at once. But with such outrageous price offers, I’d rather sell them individually than let myself get ripped off like this. Especially with such a large quantity, I would have expected at least fair overall offers instead of individual cent amounts. For me, this clearly shows that selling to rebuy is not worth it in any way. Rebuy is definitely out for me.

No information about my order

I ordered some books and didn’t get an email for two whole weeks that the package made any progress. I wrote an email to the support team. No answer. I decided to cancel the order to get my money back. That’s the first time i got an answer that my order was cancelled and that i’ll get the money back. Horrible customer service.

Great UX

Great UX. Always informed of what is happening. Polite and friendly emails. Makes organising a move much more pleasant when the books you thought would be thrown away are recycled. And you get paid for it! It's like panning for gold.

I ordered a PS 5 with 1 TB storage. I got send one with 850GB storage. I returned it and am still waiting for the right product.. at this point I fear they don’t even have it.

Liers and thieves

Liers and thieves.

Classic we recieved an empty package scam. I was then hounded for my information to make a ''claim to send to DPD". To then instantly be told that my claim had failed due to the report by DPD. I was then told it was for the insurance claim.

Absolute liers, no report to DPD was made, no evidence is provided. They just want your details so they can sell your phone or do a fake claim on their insurance.

Not only am i now without a phone but also they had the audacity to insult me further by messing me around to extract me of my data.

Do you self a favour and instead of "selling" to these scam artists, throw your phone in the river instead. You'll have more chance of getting your money.

Also Rebuy it is pretty stupid to put your business name on the label. You might as well right steal this package on the side.

Easy process

Easy process, great time to deliver and quality of the device has been good. My daughter managed to get everything up and running without issues and she is happy with her new laptop

The CDs and DVDs have come in excellent…

The CDs and DVDs have come in excellent condition. The cases can be worn if you buy from the lower tier (Gut/Good), but the discs are always in perfect condition. I recommend this shop, and have bought 120-150 CDs from them.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I’ve been waiting for a reply for a week. I was told I didn’t put the address in correctly and asked where I’d like to ship it to, I then answered with the details. Nobody replied to this email for 3 days so I send a follow up to get a confirmation that it was all correct. Now 1 week later I have still not had any update or any reply. I just want to know when I can expect my package
