Buggy dated interface, unclear billing. Loyalty program offers very small rewards. But first of all - poor customer support. Still gets the job done though. Would not recommend if you have access to major services of the same kind.

This was the only service from Japan that I registered with using my email address. A few days after registering, I started receiving spam emails from Japan.

I love how easy it is to use. They also allow you to settle the import costs with the carrier, which is easier to manage as you are not forced to pay the fees upfront. The 60 day storage period is also nice. Customer service has also been great. They always respond in a timely manner. They have even messaged me to make sure I am okay with the condition of the item they received as it was a higher valued item. I am very happy using their service over the competitors. I do wish they would allow using PayPal on auctioned items instead of their balance preload system. That is the only thing I would improve. Live auctions is the only reason I still use their competitors.

This is the second purchase I’ve made with Remambo and I’m lost for words! Purchased a vintage turntable(record player) along with a couple other items. The turntable was over 50 years old with thin wood veneer and I expressed this to Remambo team. They made “custom” end caps for the corners of the turntable, carefully wrapped the lid as well as securing any loose parts then throughly wrapped it in bubble wrap. Super impressed!!! The cardboard box the Remambo team used was of superior quality, very rigid and durable. I received my bundle of joy in four days!! Travelling about 10000KM, received it as pictured when I bought it and working as stated by the vendor. Hats off to FedEx for their care in handling my goods, speedy delivery and the ease of the customs process. I cannot express enough my satisfaction!!! (Surreal moment)
