Really great service from Shamsul. We called last week, said what we needed, the bags were received really quickly and collected today! Stress free and good value. Would highly recommend.

Shamsull was very helpful sorting a private shred. The service was quick and easy and we have a loft that isn’t groaning from all of the old paperwork!

Migrated to Restore from our existing provider and the process has been excellent so far. We have around 30 sites but the mobilisation team has been fantastic in arranging around our previous advisor.

The driver who collected all the waste called in at the office, viewed the size of the job, had his break and then started the process until it was completed removing 73 boxes from our site.

Appalling and ponderous administration. Inflexible. Did not deliver correct day " You will have to wait another week" No suggestion of cancelling theior delivery fees for their failure to deliver on time Terrible service and real "attitude" A company to avoid.

From the first phone call, everyone I spoke to was professional and explained what would happen. The collection went smoothly.

Service level for the shredding of our confidential waste is great. On time every collection with very little issue/fuss.

initially wrong contract sent which delayed start date, then delivery took place with no spare bags or keys, then after request was promised and I am still waiting despite assurances two weeks ago.

We received a first class, outstanding service from the initial booking to collection.The Internal Sales Executive,who was the initial contact,did everything to accommodate us on issues such as date and time of collection, bearing in mind our own time constraints, fully explaining all relevant terms of the contract.The technicians who were responsible for the collection were punctual, professional and nothing was too much trouble.I would have no hesitation in recommending Restore Datashred.
