What a great way to donate
The team ReSupply sent was amazing. Fast, efficient and friendly. They were flexible with a last-minute change, and they took everything (even things I thought I would need to figure out on my own). I really like knowing that the majority of all the items they picked up were being donated to a local charity.

The entire process was smooth
The entire process was smooth, easy to reserve a pickup and I was kept up to date on the time the pickup would occur. The two staff were friendly, professional and careful in their work. They navigated narrow stairs carrying heavy furniture without a problem and then asked me to check that all items were picked up. Great job!

This review is based on a phone call with ReSupply, not any actual business done with them. I called with 4 questions about their service. The first one was, do you pick up donations in my location? The representative would provide NO information without my complete address. I offered my zip code and town, but was not willing to give my specific address without more information on their service. The rep said well then I cannot help you and would in fact not even answer any of my other questions.

Pickup driver tried to tack on charges
Your pickup driver tried to tack on a significant charge for a couple of couches that were on the original quote. After I refused that my quote ended up being about the same somehow. Im all for donating, but i do not appreciate the vaguely predatory upsell. As a veteran i expected better from other veterans.
