Rollbit permanently banned my account and forfeited approximately $2,200 without explaining the specific breach

I am posting this review to document my experience with Rollbit and to warn other users.

On July 28, 2026, I requested two withdrawals from my Rollbit account:

$1,400 and 812 USDT (approximately $2,200).

My account was verified, including KYC Level 4, and I was willing to complete any additional verification required.

Initially, Rollbit Support told me that my withdrawal was under review and described it as a normal/standard procedure. I was told that I would be updated once the review was completed.

Later, Rollbit suddenly asked me to list any other accounts I had with them. I repeatedly explained that I have only one Rollbit account.

I want to be completely transparent: I have used a VPN while accessing Rollbit. I am not hiding this and I am willing to explain my VPN usage and provide any information required. However, I did not create or operate another Rollbit account.

After this, my case was transferred to Compliance.

I tried to cooperate and repeatedly asked what exactly Rollbit believed I had done wrong and what information they required from me.

Instead of giving me a specific explanation, I received several different explanations over time.

Rollbit referred to:

an alleged connection to other accounts;
AML/internal procedures;
a breach of the Terms of Service;
“abuse”;
and finally a “failure to co-operate”.

Most recently, Rollbit Support stated that they see “clear links to other accounts on our platform” and therefore wanted me to list those accounts.

I again stated that I have only one account and asked them to explain what exactly I had allegedly violated.

When I specifically asked for the exact rule or Terms & Conditions clause I had violated and requested details, Support simply replied:

“Nothing further to add here.”

Rollbit then permanently banned my account and explicitly stated:

“Your account has been permanently banned from Rollbit for breaching our terms of service. Your funds have been forfeit due to this breach.”

My approximately $2,200 was therefore forfeited.

Despite repeatedly asking, I have still not been given the exact Terms & Conditions clause that I allegedly breached, the specific conduct that constitutes the breach, or a clear explanation of why the two pending withdrawals were permanently forfeited.

I tried several independent channels to resolve the matter.

Casino Guru attempted to mediate my complaint but told me that Rollbit has more than 30 cases closed under their “No Reaction Policy” because Rollbit was not cooperating with their attempts to communicate. Casino Guru closed my complaint as unresolved and recommended contacting the Curaçao Gaming Authority.

I then tried Casinomeister's PAB service. Casinomeister contacted Rollbit, but Rollbit refused to discuss the issue with them and directed me to its Legal Department. Casinomeister was therefore unable to assist further.

I also contacted eCOGRA, but they told me that Rollbit is not an eCOGRA Approved Site and therefore they could not mediate the dispute.

I submitted a complaint to the Curaçao Gaming Authority as well.

I am writing this review because after more than a month of trying to resolve the issue, I still have not received my approximately $2,200, nor have I received a clear explanation of the exact contractual basis for the forfeiture.

I am not asking for special treatment. I am willing to complete reasonable KYC, AML, source-of-funds, video verification or other security checks.

I simply want either:

1. My legitimate funds to be returned and the pending withdrawals to be processed; or

2. A clear written explanation identifying the exact Terms & Conditions clause I allegedly breached, the specific conduct that constituted the breach, and the contractual basis for permanently forfeiting my funds.

I have kept screenshots, emails, withdrawal records and the complete support correspondence documenting the above events.

My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I recommend that potential users carefully consider this experience before depositing funds with Rollbit.

Withdrawal rejected.

Signed up deposited and won a small amount and was able to withdraw. Next day deposited again and won 20 euro. Went to withdraw and got rejected. Support was very unhelpful.

“We see clear links to other accounts on our platform, and as such need these to be listed to proceed here.”

This was from support and I can confirmed I never had links to others accounts. From reading reviews online this looks like a common delay tactic from Rollbit.

Sent email to compliance and complaints still awaiting a response. Very unprofessional.

Solid crypto casino

Been comparing a bunch of crypto casinos recently that I found on VGOCasinos, and Rollbit is definitely one of the stronger ones. Lots going on which is good although sometimes the site feels almost too busy. Still a solid 4/5 for me

One of the worst of them.

Pros: A few unique features other casinos don't have.

Cons: Well-known nasty, bad customer support. Aggressive KYC tactics used to steal customer money. Horrible "RTP" nearly non-existent. Hard to win anything. Awful rewards, truly the worst rewards of any casino, calendar mechanism spreads rewards over time, and your weekly and monthly bonuses will be a few dollars even with a lot of wagering.

Not a place to play and have fun, or win. Even other terrible casinos standout over Rollbit. I refuse to play here anymore.

Rollbit illegaly holding my 680 USD

Rollbit illegaly holding my 680 USD

I have registered on this casino 2 weeks ago, deposited 150, 70 and 250 USD, my current balance is 680 USD, so i made some profit, upon registering, i have immediately completed all required KYC steps, i also asked support am i ready to make deposit and bets now after completing KYC, they replied yes. After making first withdraw i got instantly restricted to all features of casino, and they told me to contact support, where they later accused me of "multi accounting", while that is not possible as i literally registered for first time with my own documents. The support is not professional, not friendly and it seems as they are using this security checks as way of stealing money, the chat on their casino is fake, its filled with their own workers and makes you think that everything is legit. I will be filling complaints everywhere possible and i will report this case to Curacao, and later to authorities if needed. Wish me luck, i will get my money on the end.
If needed for review, i can post all screenshots and conversations with support.

* STAY THE HELL AWAY *…

This was easily one of the worst online casino experiences I’ve had.

I tried Rollbit specifically to see if it could actually compete with Stake or Rainbet. My answer is simple: NOT EVEN CLOSE.

The slots felt heavily manipulated. The whole experience gave me the impression that the system is designed to keep you depositing, chasing and losing.

And that welcome bonus? Don’t fall for it. On my third deposit, I hit a bonus round that gave me just enough of a reward to make me think I could turn things around. Then came the long stretches of dead spins. Win a little, get encouraged, deposit more, chase the losses—and watch the money disappear.

The more you chase your losses, the more it feels like Rollbit is happy to keep taking your money. There is no comeback—just another reason to deposit again.

I came in testing Rollbit as a possible alternative to Stake or Rainbet. After this experience, I wouldn’t recommend Rollbit to anyone.

DON’T BE LURED BY THE BONUS. DON’T CHASE YOUR LOSSES. DON’T KEEP DEPOSITING HOPING THE NEXT SPIN WILL SAVE YOU.

🔥 My advice to every player: STAY AWAY FROM ROLLBIT. Keep your money in your pocket.

I’m posting it as a warning to other players before they make the same mistake.

Beware of this Casino

Beware of this Casino, they would request for verification, after verification they will put your account on restriction then ask you to provide list of other accounts you have with them.
Even if you have just 1 account they will still accuse you of having multiple accounts without evidence.
I have been sending mails to them without any reply

Most useless customer support

Most useless customer support I ever experienced. None of the representatives seem to care or know what they're doing. Funds are withheld on purpose without any will, desire or care to help or solve issues on hand. One line answer providing no resolution. Merry-go-around with high school level of knowledge. All on purpose. Lex, Montie, Benji... what a waste of time.

Rollbit is actively seizing users'…

Rollbit is actively seizing users' principal deposits under the guise of fake "3rd party/AML flags."
After forcing an arbitrary account lock, I fully cooperated with their legal and support teams, proving I have no associated accounts. Instead of reviewing my evidence, they stalled for 20 business days and then sent an automated email terminating my account and keeping my deposited funds without providing a shred of proof.

To make matters worse, their official Curaçao gaming license link (cert.cga.cw) is completely dead (Error 522), and official regulatory complaint emails bounce back. They are using broken regulatory systems to steal player funds with zero accountability.

Do not deposit your money here. I am proceeding with legal action and filing reports with major crypto watchdogs.

Rollbit has been my favorite crypto…

Rollbit has been my favorite crypto casino for a long time. The platform feels polished and reliable, with one of the best combinations of casino gaming and crypto features. What really sets it apart is the NFT system - owning Rollbot ol Sportbot means you actually share in the platform's success through revenue sharing, which is something you rarely, if ever, see in the casino industry.
Withdrawals have always been fast, promotions are generous and frequent, and the RTP has always felt fair based on my experience. I've had several great hits, including a couple of max wins, which keeps me coming back. On top of that, the community is active, the site is constantly adding new features and events, and it genuinely feels like a platform that's built for the long term rather than just short-term hype.

This feels like a massive scam

This feels like a massive scam. Opened an account, deposited money and then saw they don't have any virtual blackjack games so decided to check on live chat.

I clicked the live chat button - nothing happened - the link isn't real and there is no live chat.

Also looked for email support - same thing, no email support.

Filled in a withdrawal request but it just shows as processing and there is no way to contact anyone. They have a number you can reach out to by SMS but that also doesn't work.

Completed Level 3 KYC, but my withdrawals were restricted. Support keeps asking the same question about other accounts even though I’ve repeatedly confirmed I only have one. They haven’t provided clear evidence or a specific reason for the restriction. Based on my experience, never deposit even 1$ in this platform fully scammers

I know there are a lot of backlash about Rollbit, but I've been a customer since Jan 2023, and have yet to have any of these issues described in the forums.

I am up on my balance so far, and with the transparency of the Rollbit team sharing their daily revenue numbers and Faze Clan partnership; these metrics help add SOME credibility to Rollbit.

I Account suspended and profits frozen right after a successful deposit and win

I deposited, placed my bets, and when I tried to withdraw my winnings, Rollbit support blocked me. First, they told me to complete the KYC verification. However, when I tried to log in to do it, my account was already suspended.

When I went back to live chat, they completely changed their story, claiming an unspecified "terms violation" and telling me to contact them via email. They processed a withdrawal exactly equal to my initial deposit, but they are holding and freezing all of my legal profits. I am fully willing to complete the KYC process and provide any verification documents needed, but they chose to lock me out instead.

Be careful playing here. They are fine with taking your deposits, but if you win, they will find an excuse to freeze your funds and lock your account.

Scammer

On what grounds are you making these claims? If you fail to provide concrete, factual evidence of the exact terms I supposedly breached, I will make this entire situation public across every possible platform. Instead of a reasonable explanation, you have the audacity to tell me that I am "no longer welcome." Who do you think you are? What kind of low-class, disrespectful, and arrogant treatment of a customer is this? I have placed exactly two bets on your platform, and you take it upon yourselves to blatantly insult me and lock my account without any justification. If you think your unlawful actions will pass unnoticed, you are dead wrong. This pathetic response of yours will be the first piece of evidence I submit to your licensing authorities (FIU Curacao, GoAML), as well as to Trustpilot, AskGamblers, and every major social media channel. People need to see exactly how you operate, how you seize user funds, and the condescending tone you use to talk to your clients. I expect a fact-based, justified response—not another useless, copy-pasted template.
Here is the robotic, evasive response I received from Rollbit's "Legal Team" after demanding proof for my account closure: "We have reviewed the account and can confirm that the actions taken to date have been carried out in line with our internal procedures for Breach of Terms of Service. We consider the matter closed and you are no longer welcome at Rollbit. Any further attempt to circumnavigate this ban will result in future deposited amounts considered forfeit and registration details being passed to FIU Curacao, GoAML, and any relevant local authorities."
My response to this pathetic attempt to silence a customer:
1. Where is the proof? You claim a "Breach of Terms of Service" after exactly TWO bets. Yet, you cannot name a single clause, provide a single log, or show any evidence. "Internal procedures" is just a corporate buzzword for “we took your money because we can, and we don’t want to explain why.”
2. Reverse Psychology Threats: You are threatening to pass my details to FIU Curacao and GoAML? Don't worry, you don't have to do that—I am already doing it myself. I have prepared the full case file, including my betting history and your arrogant emails, and it is being submitted directly to Curacao regulators and AML compliance authorities. Let them investigate why a platform seizes user funds without providing factual justification.
3. "Matter Closed"? Not even close. You don't get to unilaterally decide the matter is closed just because you refuse to answer hard questions.
Keep your copy-pasted templates. The regulatory complaints are already in motion. Players, stay away from Rollbit—they will lock your account after 2 bets, confiscate your money, and hide behind their "legal inbox" when asked for explanations.
