my story start as i contact sailchecker to book a charted for a family holiday in Greece, the charter boat was a catamaran year model 2013.
Once me and my family arrived to the marina we where surprised and disappointed to find out that the chartered vessel of which we payed for a 2013 boat was actually a 1991 year model vessel who had been renovated in 2013.
i express my strong disproval with the boat owner who tried to deny responsibility, that until Chris got involved he acted swiftly and decisively to make sure that i will get a fair compensation. allowing us to enjoy our holiday knowing Chris is taking care of us.
