Unexpected visit

I popped into the Atlantic Village to buy my granddaughter some shoes, however, seeing the sale sign prompted me to pop in. I love the quality of the clothes and she looks lovely wearing them. The shop is well laid out, and the staff super helpful. I'll definitely be back soon.

I ordered 2 hoodies for my holiday 9…

I ordered 2 hoodies for my holiday 9 days before i was due to leave. On the day before as the items still had not been dispatched I emailled the company to cancel my order and if dispatched to put a stop on it. An hour after sending the email I received a dispatch message. Obviously to late foe my holiday and now will sit on the doorstep for 2 weeks. I will not be held responcible for the loss of this item because I did all I could to stop it. This is just appalling customer service . I will not shop with you again .

We were in Llandudno for a few days in…

We were in Llandudno for a few days in August and back in may, the vast amount of range of clothing was great,. I bought a few things, hoodies tee's, dry robe for the other half, all good stuff, especially the Lost range, which I have purchased before in different surf stores. The staff were all friendly too, so thanks
