Supper happy with our in store Norwich…

Supper happy with our in store Norwich purchases. Excellent sale prices.
Only downside is when we got home, we emptied our bag and a Keyring which we had bought wasn’t in the bag. We have double check this couldn’t have fell out in the car but it’s nowhere to be seen so thinking it wasn’t put into the bag or left by the tills!

Friendly welcome

Took the chance to replace a few sweatshirts and flip flops in the sale. They are such good quality and last for years. The team at the Southwold store were really friendly and helpful.

Saltrock quality shop and products

The staff at saltrock are always sound, down to earth people who always give you the time of day. The products are great quality and saltrock always offer a style that no one else can match. Thats why my wardrobes contents are 90% saltrock.

Charged for paper carrier which…

Charged for paper carrier which wouldn't have lasted very long due to defect. 3 t-shirts and 3 shorts. I was very surprised to have it scrutinised on return as though it was somehow my fault!!!
