A nice warm welcome

Amazing customer service experience
In your Padstow branch you have an amazing full of life member of staff called Dave. Very helpful helping me look for sizes and proud to work for the brand. Superb customer service , as a manager of a clothing store myself , it’s hard to come across positive knowledgable staff . I’ll defo be back in a few weeks for some more items .

Friendly staff and well organised store
Salt Rock Padstow is such a tidy, well-organized store — everything was easy to find. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and a special shoutout to Andy for being so welcoming and going out of his way to assist. Made the whole visit even better!

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Really lovely young man serving in the Padstow store. He was polite and engaging in conversation. I love my zip up hoodie it's brilliant quality and I love it. Ordered badges from yourselves and they came very quickly.
