Sold the watch couple of weeks ago

Sold the watch couple of weeks ago. He revised my price down, but I accepted, and I’m still waiting for payment after 10 days, and it says it could be up to 30 working days. This is ridiculous

Very poor experience unfortunately

Very poor experience unfortunately. UR confirmed receipt of my handset on the 15th April. I have yet to receive any payment (11th June). Emails sent have been responded to with apologies, that pressures are resulting in longer time frames, but ultimately no payment

never again

Traded in my phone 07-05-2026. Now 11-06-2026 and still no payment, all I get is excuses. Asked them to return the phone, which they have refused. Save yourself time and hassle and trade in elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I sent two phones to this company for recycling. They made an offer, there was some minor negotiation, and we eventually agreed on a price. Despite this, I have still not received any payment.

There has been no clear timescale provided for when payment will be made, and although I have contacted them on most days, nobody has been able to give me a definitive answer. Communication has been poor, and the lack of payment is extremely frustrating.

At this point, I may have to pursue the matter through the Small Claims Court to recover the money owed.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

DONT SELL YOUR PHONE TO THIS COMPANY they lie about damage on your phone and send you a silly offer well under what they say on the site , it’s false advertising and they shouldn’t be aloud to get away with it !!! Scammers !!!!

At what point do i consider this to be theft/Fraud?

After submitting my phone for recycling, i accepted the (lesser) offer and have been waiting over 1 month for payment.

Friendly enough call centre (when you can get through) but very little engagement throughout. I think i have been patient enough now.
