Caveat emptor - may the buyer beware
I don't usually write reviews as experiences are mostly subjective however in this case some things just have to be said.
The company I work for outsources IT & communications provision to Sempervox.
First ominous sign is you start getting emails from their 'support' with basic grammar mistakes and very unprofessional manner. Not exactly confidence inspiring however the really worrying part is they just don't seem to know what they are doing I.e. they don't have anything like the level of skill you would expect and try to charge a fortune for basic / quick jobs. We've caught them out several times.
As a company we are trying to work out our escape route.
We also take the positive 'reviews' on Google with a firm pinch of salt & a good serving of doubt.
Please be very cautious of this business.
