From viewing in the warehouse to actual finish has been brilliant. Paul came to the house brought samples of the carpets to help us choose, he measured up and then sat down worked out the cost. We were delighted with the quote and went ahead and placed the order. He gave us a fitting date. The day before we got a call from Shaws informing us the names and ETA of the fitters. The fitters arrived on time had a look at the rooms I told them I could not move the TV and unit it sat on , they said don't worry about it we'll take care of it. They where both polite and friendly and cracked on with the job and what a cracking job they made of it beautiful, we are both delighted with the final product. A big thanks to Chris and Leon, a big thanks to Shaws carpets highly recommended. We shall definitely be back.

Totally unacceptable that this is allowed. I am now left with a heap of carpet because the fitter walked out due to a bad attitude. I asked him to wear show covers and he refused saying 'why?' and that its health and safety and not allowed - this is not true as I looked into it and I spoke with the manager. I asked him to turn the radio off (I work from home and need to do my Teams meetings today) and I was responded with 'why?'. At this point I was fed up with the bad attitide and responded that I shouldn't have to explain myself. Spoke with the office who couldn't care less and were sacrastic in their interactions when I explained what had happened and tried rearranging a fitter. I'm now going to have to figure this out myself and get someone else to come out and sort it because it appears that Shaw carpets are a nightmare to deal with if you say things that they don't like. Is it too much to ask that you are respectful when you go into people's homes? The arrogance shown today by both contractor and office staff is unreal.
