After some initial communication delays, the Stadler team stepped up and resolved a proble to my satisfaction. They apologized for the mistake and issued a fair partial refund to compensate for the defect. I am happy with their support.

İn the Shop, I was advised to buy it online as the support wheels were not in the Shop invenyory. He yold me that bicycle would come as assembled. It did not. When I took it yo the Shop they asked for payment to assemble it.

Super fast and smooth delivery. I like there is a shop in Düsseldorf but most of items are gone and I need to order them online.

I ordered a bike that was delivered with a damaged pedal that could not be installed. After reporting this to the seller, I received the reply that I damaged the item because I tried to install the pedal myself and this is not covered by the warranty (the pedals are of course delivered unmounted). I consider this to be cheating as the store sends broken items and refuses the warranty and recommend ordering from another store to avoid wasting time and money.

Mr Muller and his team are super professional! They helped me so much and so smoothly. Zweirad Center Stadler is best! There is also one guy who helped me, his surname was something like Venas, great guy! Greetings from Nemanja Kovacevic!

I've purchased quite a few parts online from Zweirad. The products are always well packaged and arrive within two days. Thank you!

7 days wait for delivery! 2 days is a lot for EU country, but why 7 days? What is the problem, why it does not work, why so long.

The staff treated me like I'm a pleb once the transaction was done. Super unhelpful. Not a good wY to treat someone who would have came back - to buy more bikes. Crazy

1. Before I ordered I got a reply my e-mail that Stadler couldn't switch the adapter from I-rack to Mik and that I had to do this myself.
Therefore I made a call in which I asked if the adapter of Mik fits on the bag of Northwind. The answer of your female employee was YES.
In real today : the answer is NO. The distance between the screws is completely different so I had to add 4 new holes in order to make the adapter of MIK fit.

2. The two Northwind bags have a different bottom. The first one has only 4 holes where the original adapter was, the second one has 4 slits of a few centimer and different quality (less quality) of bottom.

3. The sides of the Nortwind bags can be extended. The first one has the normal length size (as our previous bags of Northwind). The second one is 4 cm longer which is limited for our 20 inch e-bikes.

I wrote two mails but until now I didn't get any reply :-(

I was disappointed with the shopping experience at Zweirad-Center Stadler. Deliveries were extremely slow and the customer service was rude and unhelpful. I would recommend looking for more reliable alternatives.
