I was disappointed with the overall customer service. While speaking with the agents was positive, the customer team who handled my contract was poor. After purchasing, I discovered a 40 euro setup fee and high interest rates. Consequently, I paid off the loan the same day using other means. I was also refused a refund for the setup fee despite explaining and attempting to resolve issue, found response dismissive and patronising

I received an email advising that my details weren't correct and it has all been updated. I asked what was incorrect and to please call me. They refused to tell me unless I provide security info. Security info provided. I received the same template response about information changing but not actually answering my query or picking up the phone to call me. Horrendous.
