Friendly, helpful storage
We were looking for somewhere to keep things safe while we had some renovation work done on our house. Nikki was really helpful in showing us around, talking through the various sizes of units and pricing. They're always polite and friendly, access is good, and it's clean and well lit.

Had fantastic customer service from Nikki at the Bristol branch , Nikki’s attention to detail and professionalism was the best I have experienced recently and everything Nikki said was superb even explaining how to download and use the Shurgard app. If there was an employee of the month award I would thoroughly recommend Nikki for this .

I am very satisfied with Shurgard. The Units are clean and well maintained. The staff are pleasant, courteous and extremely helpful.
The details for reserving a unit are simple and clear with no hidden surprises and it is very easy for even elderly people to access the units with lifts and trolleys.
