Phil arrived on time, completed job efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

Did a brilliant job in fitting a new boiler for my elderly mother under a fast track process.
The engineers doing the fitting were very efficient, on time, and did a good clean up after the work was done. Would definately recommend SIMP to anyone needing boiler replacement or servicing.

I have used SIMP Services for a few years now with work including new boiler installation, new radiators and gas fire / boiler servicing. They always turn up when they say they will. Polite and professional and reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend.

Thank you Ralph, Phil, and brothers Jamie & Jordan for your advice and guidance and fitting of a new replacement combi boiler. Brilliant team who are all professionals, courteous and polite . Jamie & Jordan also re-fitted a radiator which had come away from utility wall (Thanx again lads for a great job) It only took 6 hours for fitting of new boiler with minimum fuss and left everything clean and tidy. Would highly recommend. Thanks again.

Very professional company. The 2 lads that fitted the new boiler were lovely, paid every attention to detail to ensure every thing was in good order and cleaned up before they left. Highly recommend this company.

Found Simp Services via the Boiler Guide website.
They gave me boiler choices and quoted and installed my new combi boiler within a few days at a good price.
The installation was quick and tidy with good communication throughout.

This is an update to this review.
I tried to contact them to repair my boiler but no-one picks up the phone or replies to texts. I found out that they didn't register my boiler with Viessmann for the 12 year guarantee that they promised in writing when installing. I had to foot the repair bill myself after only 3 years of use.
My original 5 star review for installation has gone down to 1 star for complete lack of customer service and not registering my boiler. I do NOT recommend.

I would definitely recommend simp services,they completed a boiler service and repairs to my boiler efficiently and the boiler is working perfectly now. I will definitely use them again.

I needed a new boiler at very short notice (I had been without heat and hot water for 12 days) SMP services sourced a new boiler and arranged for it to be fitted within 2 days. The gas fitters who came to fit my boiler were brilliant, everywhere was left clean and tidy, the old boiler and pipe work was taken away. I would have no hesitation in recommending SMP services.

Excellent communication and service. Sent engineer the same day and talkede through the options to replace an old failed boiler and storage tank. Fitted the following day after the weekend and done in a day. Also came out and fixed a few teething problems free of charge!
Overall excellent communication and service. Couldn't recommend them highly enough and will use for any future jobs 👍

Had a boiler service, new bath taps and kitchen taps fitted. The two plumbers were very pleasant and neat and tidy. Three/four years ago Phil fit a new boiler for me and I have used the company ever since. I believe in giving local businesses trade.
