Excellent service - very friendly, practical, jargon free

I needed a new battery for my rather old MacBook Pro. The age was thankfully no problem. The new battery was fitted very promptly for a fair price, and I got it back within two days. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and clearly know their way around Macs. They can also supply refurbished Macs at prices which I thought were reasonable, but they didn't tell me about this until I asked - great stuff!

really helpful, honest about what I needed (ie not saying I need a whole lot of stuff that I don't need) - proper understanding of Mac (another repair centre said whole new battery - 2 weeks) SimplyFixIt said possibly a bit of code. So glad to have found them - am so comforted to know my Mac has Mac savvy/prudent/un-sharky place to get fixed.

Very good service once they got started, it was a few days before they got on to me to say they need Microsoft information but once they got that it was plain sailing. Very friendly staff to deal with. A bit on the pricey side but would use them again.

I purchased a rebuilt laptop after my old Macbook was no longer supported by Microsoft. Brian spent a lot of time explaining options and asking about how I use my machine to get me setup with the best unit. I felt very comfortable with my purchase and I had my data transferred as well to the new device. Highly recommended.

My laptop had no wifi connection so I handed it in to SimplyFixit Bruntsfield. The problem was identified and fixed in a friendly and efficient manner and I would certainly use them again when I next encounter a computer problem.
