Ridiculous company. I called 14.9.25 asking for service appointment. They sent me email saying someone will message to schedule when available. Nothing after a week. Called back and had circular conversation with Christophe who thought it was ok not tell me when they have availability. What a terrible company. Dont use
Arrived to fix my solar pump, installed a second hand one which failed within days leaking fluid everywhere, then totally ignored my attempts to get them back to rectify the issue. I'm hundreds of pounds out of pocket, and faced with finding someone else to resolve the issue. Stay clear
This company specialises in solar thermal systems of any design. I had 2 problems with my system and contacted them in June 22. They finally visited in October 22. They said there was only one problem which they had fixed. By March it was apparent that neither problem had been resolved. They then proposed further fixes but never made a proposal. My patience finally snapped in May and they agreed to refund me for the October visit and said they could not solve the problems. I question their technical ability and their sense of urgency.
This is an excellent company. The installation of solar thermal panels on the roof of my house has been done so well from start to finish. This includes deposit protection insurance, the use of high-quality German panels and associated equipment with very careful installation showing great attention to detail, particularly with regard to carefully fitting brackets to my Welsh slate roof.
