Catastrophe
Unfortunately, a terrible experience from buying on this site. The delivery service that works in cooperation with the site is SCHENKER.
The service, under the slightest pretext, refuses to deliver the paid delivery at the time specified by them. The drivers of this service park wherever it is convenient for them, and demand that the client himself go to pick up the parcel. If the client does not agree, they simply swear at him and leave. After which they begin to endlessly postpone the delivery date until tomorrow. Or you yourself must go look for your parcel in their warehouse.
If you want to be sworn at and you do not know whether you will receive the ordered goods, and if so, when - feel free to make purchases on this site.

Terrible Experience – Misleading Products & Poor Customer Service
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this vendor. They falsely advertised their product as being from the Jacob Delafon brand but delivered a Kohler product instead—just because Kohler Group is affiliated with jacob Delafon. This is misleading and deceptive.
To make matters worse, they sent me a toilet seat in an unsealed package, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. When I raised this concern with customer service, their response was simply, “We are sorry.” No attempt was made to resolve the issue properly.
I had to call them every day just to follow up, yet they refused to refund the €20 delivery fee and, to this day, I am still waiting for my €100 refund for the toilet seat.
This vendor is unreliable in every way—misleading listings, poor product quality, and terrible customer service. I strongly advise against purchasing from them.
