Good course

Good course, food hygiene except I could not answer a question whereby I had to put 5 things in order. I just could not get it on my chromebook, so I lost points. Should have been about 95% but got 88%

Good for staff training

Good for staff training, only issue I have it is not always friendly for our foreign staff, maybe in the near future there could be a translate button, I notice some of the foreign staff struggle at times and do not always score well but are good at their jobs and when questioned do actually know and understand so maybe it is how they are reading the questions?

Social Care TV was just what I was…looking for

Social Care TV was just what I was looking for as I needed access to a training site that would let me do the necessary training needed when being a self employed carer. The site takes a little time to find your way around, but if you are good with IT I don't feel it's a problem.

I really enjoy all the online courses…

I really enjoy all the online courses provided to us. They are a great opportunity to improve our knowledge and develop our skills in social care.

The courses help us to better understand different diseases and illnesses, including their treatments and how they can affect people. This knowledge helps us to focus more on each client’s individual needs and provide better, more person-centred care.

I feel that the courses remind us of how important it is to make every client feel valued, respected and special. They help us to improve our understanding and confidence in our role and support us in providing the best possible care to the people we work with.
