Excellent service good communication great after sales only criticism is had to clear own rubbish otherwise brilliant highly recommend

Ordered the sofa on Sunday and it was delivered Monday! The customer service from the team at Sofas and Friends have been amazing. The sofa was delivered by Adi and Josh who were fantastic - very friendly and supportive. One of the cushion was incorrect but Adi and Josh reported this immediately to the team and I had a call confirming that this will be resolved on the Friday.
The sofa is beautiful, firm and looks fantastic in the living room. Would highly recommend a sofa from here.

Ordered the sofa on Sat and it was delivered today!!! (Thurs) Communication was brilliant. Sofa was delivered by Saif who was sooo helpful and really kind. My house is abit tricky to get into but he absolutely did everything to ensure it was put where I wanted it and unpacked and set up beautifully. Sofa looks fabulous

I decided on The Tignes corner sofa. Right from my million and one questions before my purchase everyone I spoke to over the phone was knowledgeable, reassuring and absolutely up for a laugh. Anyway, I ordered the sofa and it arrived within a few days. I was notified every step of the way on its progress. Delivery drivers turned up and immediately looked at may hallway and told me it's not going to fit. Give them their dues they still tried. Obviously this was entirely my fault for not taking proper measurements. Anyway, drivers advised that for my size home The Piccolo would be a better option. So I rung Sofa and Friends back to explain what had happened and re ordered for The Piccolo. Again this was seamless service and my sofa arrived a few days later. It did fit beautifully and oh my word I am massively impressed with it. It is very similar to the Tignes and it still extends. The material and build quality is of an excellent standard. So the Piccolo was slightly cheaper and I received prompt refund of the difference the day after the sofa was delivered. Honestly, I would challenge anyone to find a better service than that

Amazing quality sofa. It really is beautiful and I've already had many compliments. Andy and James who delivered my sofa went above and beyond to install and bring it in. Best delivery I've ever had. As someone who likes to upgrade my sofa regularly. The delivery was outstanding. Highly recommend this company to anyone. Only waited 5 days. Thank you for my sofa x

We purchased an electric corner sofa from sofas and friends, and I can honestly say the sofa has had so many compliments, it sets the room off perfectly, and now everyone who has seen it is also going to purchase one, the delivery men was great, really helpful and couldn’t do enough to make the delivery as smooth as possible, I have just ordered a matching armchair and I am ordering another sofa for my snug room, I would recommend this company, and the sofa is really lovely👍🏼

Great customer service in store, we spent ages trying decide and didn’t feel rushed. Delivery was within 3 days which is unheard of!

I ordered the sofa and it was in my living room within 15 hours of placing the order. The guys brought it in, fixed it, put the plastic wrap and cardboard in one place and job was done. They also plugged the sofa in to make sure if was working.
15 mins and all done! Never known anything to be so speedy and efficient!
The Tignes is huge and I can't wait for movie nights. Absolutely love it!

Customer service was awful! Rude, argumentative and unprofessional.

I was a little bit nervous parting with over 2k to an online business. Furthermore not even sitting on the sofa. I needn't have worried. Sofas and Friends did exactly what they said they would and delivered in 2 weeks. The sofa is beautiful and very comfortable. I particularly like that the sofa doesn't indent where you have sat.

From start to finish Aga and Claire kept me well informed of when the sofa will be delivered, which I appreciated considerably.

As stated online the delivery was done within 2 weeks which was perfect for our situation.

The delivery men were perfect, they found a way to manoeuvre the sofa through the house and the front door with precision and ease, many others have struggled with much smaller deliveries.

Throughout every experience I have had with a member of the Sofa & Friends team, everyone has been friendly and informative which is a hallmark of any great business.

Excellent service and product. We have just had the Tignes sofa delivered and we are thrilled with our experience. Communication from start to finish was excellent, we were notified 30 min before arrival and they arrived promptly. The delivery guys were efficient and polite and made sure I was happy with the set up.
The sofa is wonderful and although I knew I was taking a risk buying it unseen, I needn’t have worried because I love it..
Even when I thought I had an issue afterwards, communication was instant and reassuring but turns out it was user error 😆
I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from these guys again 10/10

Delivery was quick and the sofa is amazing

Speed was amazing. Ordered tignes on thursday arrived following fri. Delivery guys were a little rough but guess it was packed well as no damage.
