After purchasing a sofa from the Cannock store we have had nothing but problems actually getting it. It was due to be delivered in October and then on the day after waiting for it as it was out for delivery, last minute was cancelled as it had never been picked up by the delivery team. After contacting the number on the email I got and speaking to DFS - wrong number given, I eventually spoke to Sofology who told me it would be rearranged and that there may be a problem with the supplier. No one contacted me to update me, just an email with a l date sent a few weeks later. On this new date I received no cancellation just nothing turned up! Again after speaking to customer services at least every week no one could give me an update on my sofa or let me know what was going on. Customer service continually told me someone would be in touch and no one ever was. I submitted a complaint to one of them and no one got back to me. After continually trying I gave up over Christmas and 3 months later I have just had a text with a delivery date for January with no explanation, no one contacting me and no guarantee this delivery date will happen either! Something very wrong with the system and will be trying to complain again if anyone will actually listen or do anything about it!

No hard selling techniques. Allowed the opportunity to make a couple of visits and time to think through our options and final choices. Explained to Sales Agent that we had viewed and were considering competitor suites, but not pressurised to make a decision. Finalising order and paperwork was thorough and fully explained without confusing jargon.

Me and my partner walked in on new years day, we were both slightly hungover but were kindly met by Minaxi who attended to all of our needs(the coffee was a lifesaver). After finding the perfect sofa we were then put through to Kimberly who was absolutely amazing and kept my partner from falling asleep on the sofa haha! She made us feel both so comfortable and answered all questions (especially the heat ring lol). Thank you again for the professional service me and partner received we both can’t wait to sink into our beautiful new sofa😝

I was more than pleased with the service received in choosing a new sofa yesterday, I think the experience was due to the assistance that we had from Shannon, she was excellent an couldn’t do enough to help us, she made suggestions an assisted us in trying several sofa configurations and wasn’t over powering but very supportive and honest an helpful.
