Great service from Kevin H who explained and provided all the necessary information in terms of ordering/delivery and care of my chosen sofas. He also explained the details of deposits/finance and an estimated date of delivery. lookingforward to receiving my sofas now.

Lovely showroom , Relaxed atmosphere to stroll and look around was not approached by any team members which was fine by me as I was just browsing and when I was ready for more information , found a staff member who was very nice and knowledgeable , gave me time to think over before I committed to purchase

Called in to look at accent chairs. Cyril dealt with us he was very helpful. We did not feel rushed and he sent us the chair measurements to check out at home to ensure we were happy. No hard sell and we chose our chair in the colour we wanted. Excellent service

Great range of sofas to choose from and Heather was extremely helpful in answering any questions and very informative. Wasn’t pushy and let me browse around myself while waiting on my friend arriving. She made sure I was absolutely happy with my choice before committing to buy & even managed to get me a small discount 😊. Great service all round and would recommend to anyone.

The store was great with a wide range of quality sofas, very good prices and lots of options with payments.
No one pressures you when walking around the store either, they are all just there to help whenever you need it. The staff were all friendly, informative and approachable.
Kevin H especially helped me a lot and arranged some finance options for me and lots of alternatives with regards to the sofa and additionals, also arranged a call back with me and went the extra mile to help
