We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Sofology, all thanks to Leanne. From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect sofa.
Leanne took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, talked us through all the options, fabrics and explained everything clearly so we felt confident in our choice. Her knowledge was brilliant, and nothing was too much trouble, even when we changed our minds a couple of times!

Great customer experience

I bought my sofa from the sofology in Stockport. The staff were all amazingly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a pretty specific idea of what I wanted but also had small door frame to get sofa through. Sarah member of staff spent time measuring and helping me.

I called in to have a look around and was helped by Happy. What a lovely guy. I went back the following evening and ordered a sofa. The other staff were lovely too, not pushy, just nice and very helpful.

Liane was really great. She was ion hand to answer our many questions, but have us space to discuss and never made us feel under pressure. She explained the additional insurance and how we may need it. We wanted to see quite a few different permutations so she was really patient and worked them all through fur us!

Will at White City retail was so helpful, wasn’t pushy to get us to buy - genuinely wanted to help! He helped with the size of our room and planned it all for us, such a friendly person
