Our salesman was very good

Nice people, efficient and easy purchase.

We visited the store in Milton Keynes and were assisted by a very friendly and helpful sales assistant called Kiran, he answered all our questions and talked through everything.
We left very happy with our purchase and treatment

Just purchased our sofa from the MK store and everyone was so welcoming. Bonus that they are dog friendly. We’d been previously a few months before and knowledgeable staff made us revisit.
We met with such a kind & helpful lady there (sorry can’t remember her name!) but she made such a fuss of our beagle who in turn instantly fell in love with her! Very knowledgeable and made the ordering processing so easy glad didn’t purchase on line as questions were answered that cropped up during.
Hoping the delivery process and actual sofa is just as much as a smooth sailing dream!

The purchase process was seamless from start to finish, the sofa was delivered within a week of ordering and the delivery guys were absolutely fantastic! Can’t have asked for more!

I had an enjoyable purchasing experience with Sofology. We looked online first and then visited the store to ‘try out’ the sofas we liked online. It was good to be able to look around the store before confirming what we wanted without feeling we were pressurised to buy. We were welcomed when we first entered the store and we were given some advice on some of the products we were trying.
The actual purchase was easy, staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I had a little problem checking into my account but I contacted Customer Services and Lily replied almost immediately allowing me to access my account. I don’t have the furniture yet but so far I cannot fault Sofology, they gave me great customer service.

My whole experience at sofology Milton Keynes was fantastic throughout. The layout of the store was easy to navigate and I very quickly was able to determine my needs. Sofology was one of the only stores we visited where there was genuine options that ticked all of our boxes and the staff there made the experience even better.

We made a few visits before making the final purchase and Malik was helpful with allowing us to narrow down the options and providing genuine advice that felt meaningful and not sales led.
For our final purchase, hema went above and beyond with her support and advice on choosing the right style and colour which ultimately led us to making the decision.
In all the experiences what stood out was not only how helpful hema and Malik both were but also how much they genuinely supported us in the process and also gave us the room to discuss and talk about our options separately.

Ray the sales man was very professional and knowledgeable

When we entered the place looked nice. We were met and greeted. We looked around at our own pleasure. We saw the one we liked. Went to other shops. Came back another day sat on the one we liked spoke to colleague went through details about the sofa was given password for online. Went away came back another day spoke to another colleague went through the sizes and what we wanted and placed an order. The only feedback I’ll give is that there was no mentioned of the online win tour delivery back and the cut off for this. As I gave my first email address for the password to check all the designs. When placed the order we used a different email address so we couldn’t enter as realised the cut off time. Which was a shame.

Walked out with a purchase so they certainly done well!
Both colleagues we spoke to over the 2 trips, were super helpful and not pushy.
I hate doing large purchases like this online and prefer dealing with someone face to face The gent who ended up putting it through for us was great and answered all our questions and concerns.
We went with the tallulah 3seater and 1 seater. Looking forward to it arriving now!

Matt the salesman was very informative but not pushy which I found refreshing. The whole experience was pleasurable and I’m genuinely excited about my purchase.

Delivery drivers are too eager to dump the furniture and go. They put on the wrong size gliders on my sofas that sadly fell off.
