What a fabulous company! our sales person in the Plymouth store could not do enough for us! We visited on several occasions to pick out a sofa suite and every time we were met with a smile, ready and eager to help. She so was helpful in trying to get our chosen sofa configuration to fit our living room! Once we did order the items we wanted, we got home and realised that what we originally wanted wouldn’t fit she was happy to change the order without any issues. Will definitely be recommending Sofology to friends and family should they need a new sofa suite!

Salesman gave us plenty of time to browse , wasn’t pushy , advised on alternative options . Then was available when we needed him .

Really negative experience.

We went into the Plymouth store and ordered a sofa. The staff member who served us was really not paying attention and despite me spelling my name and address for her she got much of it wrong, which obviously included the Novuna finance agreement. She did not give me the opportunity to check the details she had entered. I spent the following morning trying to get it put right and went round the houses with various customer service people including someone at the Plymouth store. There were several more issues and my confidence in Sofology disappeared. Deeply frustrating experience. I have now cancelled the order as a consequence.

Tilly was very helpful and honest. We had severe decision fatigue and she was very patient with us as we changed our minds multiple times.

Had a great experience at sofology. Staff were approachable, friendly and available. They also didnt hound us and gave us space to view sofas and talk about this privately with no pressure.

Callum was incredibly helpful and even after our order was able to make changes to the colour of our sofa. Great experience at sofology and would visit again for future purchases.

We visited the Plymouth store to look at a particular couch we’d seen online, and Chris honestly couldn’t have been more helpful. He was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help us find the perfect suite for our family. He went through all the fabrics with us and even found similar colours around the store so we could see how they looked made up. The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for better service, and we can’t wait for our new suite to arrive!

Friendly service and fantastic support

Great staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. Let us look around at our own pace but were always on hand to answer questions. They even let us rearrange the showroom so we could visualise our lounge! Thanks guys- we can’t wait for our new sofa to arrive!
