Redbrick lovely shopping experience
Ashley Bray at Redbrick saw us looking at a recliner out of my price range and showed me the ex-display model on offer. Very helpful explained about the insurance cover as worried as I have a cat. Just made it an enjoyable experience, wish I'd bought on the day

Great buying experience
We had a great buying experience. The sales assistant, Maxine, was friendly and helpful, listened to what was important to us and then worked with us to find a style and configuration that met our needs. She wasn't pushy and didn't rush us into a making a decision. We were offered drinks and snacks during our visit, which also helped to make it a good experience.

Great service & sofa but missing legs!
Great service at the Redbrick Mill store and fairly quick delivery. Unfortunately on delivery our sofa is missing its legs, meaning we’re basically sat on the floor. The customer service team were quick to reply and deal with the issue but are quoting a 3 week turnaround for the legs to be with us which is disappointing. The sofa itself is lovely and very comfy, will be even better when we have legs on it :)

Unbelievable customer Service
Maxine provided unbelievable customer service. She spent a lot of time talking through all the different options with us and advised us on the best products to get to meet our needs. All other staff were amazing with our three kids and provided them with free popcorn, a drink and put Disney plus on for them to watch so we could shop without interruption

A pleasant experience
The Sofology staff member we dealt with, Rachel, was extremely helpful and helped us to decide what we wanted without any pressure at all. She made the process simple and straightforward and really listened to what we wanted. There was a very good range of sofas on display in the shop which made choosing easy. They also appeared to be of good quality.

Great customer service
Great customer service.
There was an Easter egg hunt and a mini cinema so the kids were entertained.
Very clearly a well managed store.
Lots of colour choices to look at across the store.
