Dreadful. Was recommended that i take L-glutamide 250mg. They caused me to be very ill, with nausea and upset stomach despite following instructions. Bad reaction, never again. Anyone older that has even slightly impaired kidney function, beware! Not for me.

I only buy supplements from Solgar. There is always a good choice, clear information, and I like the fact they use glass rather than plastic bottles. Delivery is reliable, with good messaging. I wish the website was a bit less ‘messy’ - eg the chat box on the mobile version gets in the way and I seem to do a lot of scrolling. But that’s a very minor thing. Well done, Solgar.

Packaging excellent and received in acceptable time

I cancelled my subscription, but a month later I received another shipment and was charged again. Be careful when using this website. Even if you cancel your subscription, make sure it has actually been cancelled. Otherwise, they may continue sending you products and charging you because you purchased something from their website in the past. This was a very disappointing experience.

Solgar is consciously using 5 times more energy than what they need. I ordered various vitamins from them twice, and all the bottles arrived, not even a quarter full. They could have easily put the 5 contents into one bottle.

I've used Solgar Biotin for years. It has always given me strong, long, nails. I continue to purchase Solgar Biotin from Holland & Barrett yet, despite months of use, my nails cannot grow; any tiny growth (1mm) is thin and brittle. Essentially, like I am not taking any Biotin supplement, let alone what Solgar Biotin used to be. The company have clearly dropped in quality. I am disgusted by the level of quality they have dropped to, without warning customers and while maintaining the high price. Disgusted.

I have been waiting for several months for them to restock their liquid B12 complex. What is happening? I have had to use a competitor's product instead. Please reassess your stock management of some products as they are perpetually 'out of stock'. It is quite ridiculous in this day and age. If the product is discontinued, mark it as 'discontinued', don't just leave it listed on sites only for customers to discover it is not even available. Also, I don't understand why they don't offer more products in liquid form and why they have to use so many filler ingredients.

I regard Solgar as a reliable supplement supplier. The quality of the supplements is good; they're genuine. The price reflects the quality in my opinion; we get what we pay for. I'm prepared to pay to ensure that what I expect is what I get. Solgar delivers.

Easy to use website, delivery exactly when promised even over Christmas.

I have been waiting several weeks for a refund. Solgar told me on 17 December that they had refunded me. Not true. Still waiting. Stressful having to keep chasing them.

Courteous , and efficient

No issues with this, do subscriptions if you want it, for me, the cost is a little high for products, but then some will say you get what you pay for. Experience overall though was very good, no complaints.

Solgar Ultimate bone support pills. Lovely brand but this product has bad side effects of constipation and stomach upset. I will even stop taking it and I only took one daily. Can’t recommend for people with sensitive digestion track and stomach.

This product has been amazing. I have suffered with heart palpitations for years and was recommended to try Hawthorne berries. After 3-4 weeks, the palpitations reduced dramatically. After 3 years of taking them I rarely suffer anymore. Highly recommend.

Everything absolutely fine, parcel arrived next day as I had paid excess for this option, this added nearly six pound to payment. I have found a source for supplement in local health store so will obviously use that in future.

I cannot wait to see if these tablets help my MS in any way.
