My parcel has not been delivered and the customer service from Sports Direct has been non existent. I have submitted a form and emailed and the only reply received to date was to wait a further 72 hours despite the fact the parcel is already a week over the delivery date and the couriers have confirmed the parcel has been misplaced by them. Emailed again after this time and have received no reply. Will not be using Sports Direct again and highly recommend others not to as well!

It really is quite pathetic. Order something next day delivery, doesn't show up the next day, Evri do not resolve anything because you can only communicate with AI bots. Parcel tracking has no update since fe the day Evri received it. Can't speak to anybody whatsoever. Try and get through to Sports Direct, again AI bots with no way to speak to a human, send emails, don't get a response. Tomorrow will be one week and my order no doubt still won't arrive, no doubt nobody in either of these seemingly scam companies will see fit to contact me to resolve the matter.

Id like to know HOW can Sports Direct and Evri partner together, charge £8 for next day delivery when they appear to be incapable successfully completing that service. I'd have accepted delivery the day after next day but now it's just getting stupid.

I have never ordered from Sports Direct before because I was aware of their reputation, and Evri should just be renamed bloody Nevri because despite their CEO appearing in national news a few months ago, what exactly has improved.

It's literally like a match made in absolute hell and trading standards really need to take some action. In fact, if I don't receive my items by the end of this week, I will be reporting to them and any other body that looks into shocking and lying services from these joke companies.

They charge you 4.99 for delivery and another 4.99 for returns. What a rip off business. Never again.

Do not order online - just received my parcel this afternoon and they sent 3 tops that were nothing like what I ordered- cannot speak to anyone- it says quickest way to contact them is Web chat - what a waste of space , it’s automated, give it a 1star rating and it puts you through to a human lol - it started off at 355 in the queue before me with 2-3 hr wait then after an hour 2-3 mins then 1-3 hrs then 2 mins then 3-5 hrs and so on - they expect you to sit looking at your phone for hrs on the chance someone will respond to you and I’ve never seen a queue where the queue increases while your waiting what kind of queue is that. I sent an email through a option under the web chat box - it states up to 3 working days for a response, I had to attach a photo to prove they sent the wrong items , the least they could have done is send me an email saying they have received my refund request
I will never use the online service to buy anything ever again and I will never use this shop and I’ve spent hundreds if not thousands in this store

Never buy online as they have no accountability or easy way of returning and refunding even if they sent the wrong item or faulty item etc

A huge range of stock at great prices and excellent service. Been a loyal customer for many years.

Great display but was told on 3 items they were not in stock so was told to go online to purchase ,so I shall be buying in the future bot not wasting my time travelling to the shop

Absolutely shit company sent back football boots size 8 over £100 more like a size 6 payed £7.99 delivery and £4.99 returned never got any refund back so lost £13 ordering shit of this company 🖕🖕🖕

Noticed a product that used to be widely available which I wanted to reorder but is now out of fashion, Ordering online was easy and there was a convenient delivery near where I was to be away from home this week and I was able to collect in two days. All very smooth

What a joke can not return to store have to do it on line but system will not let me do it all you get is a ai bot who says the same thing

Placed the order, it came quicker than expected. So thats why you got a star. The trainers were too big so tried to return and the returns form will not complete. I have tried about 5 times. Each time not working.

Sports direct are ripping us off !! Ordered trainers online didn't fit but wouldn't let me return inshore.payed £4.99 for click and collect then have to pay another £4.99 to return and another £4.99 to order again !! And dont even get your money back they give you credit note !!Outrageous no wonder the owner is a billionaire he's getting free money for NOTHING !! Will buy elsewhere in future 😡😡
