Spritz Finance has stolen $1536 from me since February. It is now September and they have not made any attempts to make it right.

use this trash company at your own risk... P.S. the CEO is a pompous douchebag

Spritz Finance has been a great product. Customer Service is also on the greater good spectrum. Had trouble logging in and mins after contacting support the issue was resolved. This is one of many times they have saved a bone headed customer

When I have had problems (very few), Ley has always solved them for me like a true professional

Ley went over and beyond to help me with was my own mistake.

I truely to appreciate the service provided and highly recommend Spritz Finance to anyone requiring off ramp or RW use platform for their crypto.

They are quick and responsive. Lucas and the entire team are truly making banking better in the blockchain.

Spritz has a very nice user interface and has many great options like Bill Pay, a crypto card and they also have a referral program. Highly recommended!

Ley and the support staff at Spritz are always very helpful with any questions I have and are always quick to respond. They are also very good about giving me suggestions when I have any special needs or unusual questions.

Definitely dont recommend to anyone. Either website and the support on the website looks just like a scam, keep sending emails with fake bonus offers just for collect your kyc data and makes you order their card as well as makes you do deposit on their site. Promise to give you a bonus for verify your identity, also promises bonus for order their debit card, but when you actually done it, you gonna get nothing. I ordered card 10 minutes after get email, didn't get a bonus support answer me after 8 days that promo Has been suspensed!! Nothing changed since year, support responds for the first week with a copy-paste formula saying they are working on the case just for ghosting you later until you give up and stop asking. Never seen so horrible site, bunch of lies and nothing else. I wouldnt deposit a single penny there

Service was quick and smooth.

I signed up what his account was told that my bones were put into my account. Then I was told that I had to make a transaction of any amount. I then went to off around crypto. It applied to 25 bones and said that I needed to pay $2 plus $2 gas fees, and I went to make a purchase, and I had $5 work of crypto scent to my wallet that's connected to this account. It did read my wallet. And when I try to make a purchase, it's telling me that I needed to have ten dollars and fifty seven in my account to make the transaction when the transaction is only supposed to be four dollars and I have five dollars in crypto, this had now went into a wallet now I have no idea what it is where it's at is connected to spritz account and wallet that they made without Michael said, without my knowledge, I did not make this wallet. I have nowhere getting my money out of the wall every time I try and send my money out it relates back to their app, stating the same thing that I need to have x amount of dollars in order to send money my money. So I'm paying $5 to send out $5. This is a scam app.I've been wasting my time, and now i'm out of my last five dollar that I had to my name.

I made a huge error on a rather large purchase of USDC. To make a long, complicated story short, Ley at Spritz support spent a couple of hours helping me fix my mistake. She was patient, polite, proactive, extremely knowledgeable and very competent. In short, I found my experience with Spritz support to be world class, best of breed and I highly recommend their services.

The app is no part of user friendly, and it doesn’t work right. Offload or loading funds is so slow, glitches, and sucks all the way around.

Misleading sign up bonus. Literally states load your spritz card with any amount of crypto recieve $25. It's a lie then in super fine print in their help center says bonus could vary. They paid nothing I only signed up for that reason deceptive behavior less than 1 star if I could.

I received an email from them about applying for a digital card to get $10 credit as a new UK customer, followed all the steps only to be told that the promotion had been removed for review and that I would receive information from them if I was still eligible... That was about a month ago and no bonus or communication, false advertising at its finest.

I was confused at first on how the sign up bonus worked, but the agents are real and live and very helpful, as well as quick to answer. I got my sign up bonus and I enjoy the layout of Spritz. I am a user of many different crypto platforms. I like the debit card/spend crypto anywhere integration. Will definitely be using spritz when my card arrives. Thank you Spritz and team!

Great idea and hope it improves. The help is slow. The app is a little useless so far compared to website. I signed up with two emails when I had trouble logging in and it has put everything on hold until admin can help which I’ve been waiting a while for.

Something changed with my Spritz website login. I couldn’t figure out why so I contacted Spritz support. They stayed with it: I received fast reply emails and until the problem was solved. This is a secure way to convert your crypto and use in our fiat world.
