This was my first eye exam in years
This was my first eye exam in years. Unfortunately, I didn't feel comfortable. It took forever to be seen by both tech and remote doctor. The doctor's response after examining me was "Oh yea you really need glasses. Then she left the screen. I felt like I was obligated to buy both contacts and glasses and I don't believe that was the case. Also, no one really help me find glasses. Is that not a thing anymore. Oh well, I got what I need so I'll give them 2 stars.

I've never been to Stanton Optical and wanted to give them a try. I must say that I like the selections they have more than a few places I've been to in the past. I'm really impressed with the glasses I chosen. The customer service was great as well!

My wife and I received very good customer service. The staff always greeted me when I walked and let me know where I was in the order if there were others ahead of me. The store was clean and maintained. The issue is our glasses. We have returned three times. Each time for both of us, the optics were off. I wear progressive and my wife chooses bifocals.
For me, the prescription does not run out to the edges of the top part of the lens, when I check my side mirrors while driving it is a blur. The ver bottom, magnifying part of the lens is so low I have to manually raise my glasses to view my computer screen the primary purpose I purchased glasses. I am on my computer 1/2 to 2/3 of my day. My wife has similar issues with the placement of the positioning of the reading portion of her lens. I want to be clear, it is the glasses and not the customer service to facility.

Virtual visit
I dislike the fact that when I got there for my daughter's eye exam.It was virtual and it was not told to me prior I would prefer to see a doctor in person face to face, especially when it's dealing with your eyes. A virtual exam is not a personal visit that I would prefer. I would like to have been given the opportunity to either accept or decline A virtual visit prior to coming to the appointment.

Excellent service
We were greeted immediately when we arrived in the store. The tests were explained thoroughly as they were administered. I felt very comfortable working with Ally to pick out new frames as she gave me honest feedback with each pair I tried on. I’m very happy with the look and fit of the glasses I decided on. I will definitely return to this store.

The customer service was excellent 👌, soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile and the words spoken "How may I help you". Very friendly and professional.The only downside the prices does not coinside with the advertisement.

Totally misleading staff and horrible…
Totally misleading staff and horrible experience. Staff Not trained. Had me sit in room waiting for the “virtual exam” for thirty minutes. Then put me back in waiting area. Then to another room and could not adjust their equipment. Had me slide almost out of chair. And lean forward. The “virtual” examiner said I needed on site exam. However, it was going to be over a month out; as their doctor was out of the country. Odd for a large chain. Still wanted to sell me glasses, even though there was still work to be done. Then was going to do a referral. They said no one really does what the examiner just told me I needed. Three people up front tried to be argumentative and rude with my wife. Never again!!
