I was happy with the doctor he was great and the ladies that helped me when I was there were great, however when we went back to get my daughter glasses we signed in and they forgot about us after 20
The doctor and ladies that helped us were great but when we went back to get my daughter glasses we were the only ones there and we signed in and after 20 minutes I went to see how much longer and the male and female workers were playing around and one of the girls asked them to help us and the gentleman that helped us gave me a lot of attitude like I was bothering him when I asked him to adjust my daughter glasses because the did not fit right he rolled his eyes several times and asked me how to adjust them and gave me more attitude. I wasn’t rude but I was upset by the way I was treated.😖

Over Charged
When I’m told if I buy 2 pairs of glasses eye exam is free. At checkout I was charged for seeing the Doctor. I was NOT told about that charge before my eye exam.Total WRONG. I think I was over charged. But how can I prove it. This was the first time me using Stanton and probably my last.

Great place for in/out glasses
The people at the one I go to are friendly,helpful and looks like they enjoy what they do, the only bad experience I had was the glasses and insurance trickery, the 2 for one doesn't apply for covered insurance people and you dont know this until you ask or get the price after everything, besides that alot of options on frames and contacts!

-1000 experience will never go back
Made me wait an hour+ for my glasses and purposely saw every other person on the sheet other than me. I would like to add this occurred around 5 pm June 17th and the male worker was straight up ignoring me and had rude comments acting very smart right off the back when interacting with me. I did escalate this issue after the fact and was given the number to HR by another location and made a formal more detailed report. I bet this location won’t reprimand the worker but I mean that’s on their business.
