Beware of advertisement to get you in
The people and service are fine, no issue with any of that part. The “sale” however is not even close to as advertised. They market 2 pairs and exam for $79. They are not including the cost of the prescription, or that the $79 pairs are very limited. Mine cost almost $300 for one pair.

Prices are way out of control I am able to get 2 pairs of like glasses from BJ at full price for the same price as Stanton.

The staff and experience was great, however my only complaint is that I didn’t get an eyeglass case. I paid $560.00 for a single pair of eye glasses, I think Stanton should have provided a case.

Same day appointment on a Saturday was…
Same day appointment on a Saturday was a plus for us, both myself and my son were able to be seen and the process is very streamlined. I like the automated optical checks and the online video chat was also a great idea. We received our glasses ina little over a week and they were both exactly as needed. Nice friendly staff is also a plus. First time there and it felt like we had been going there for years. I highly recommend Stanton optical to anyone who is in need of prescription glasses. Thank you!

I chose frames I liked
I chose frames I liked, ordered them and when they came in they adjusted. I wore them about a week and went back in because I didn't like how they fit and they were adjusted again. That was good! I wore them for about another week and went back to have the frames changed. These were the ones I picked, but they felt sooo light! I picked another frame again and the order was sent in. I am waiting for them and I am sure they will be good and the associates will help fit them to my face. They are very helpful.

i have been waiting for my glasses for a month, and you all lost the order and my glasses. it is now a month later, and i still am waiting for a call. i had to figure out that my order was messed up, but visiting the office. The prices and advertising are very misleading, the people in the store are nice, but what a clusterf***.
