Stock X is pricey
Stock X is definitely way more expensive to use but the shoes I wanted were sold out everywhere. Also they add like $10 in fees and they "xpress shipping took almost 5 days which also cost me another 10 plus $$$.

Fees are a bit high
Fees are a bit high. The turnaround is a bit slow but I get that it’s for authentication. I will definitely use StockX again but more so for shoes that are no longer sold by brand/collaborator. Still a pretty good experience

I have ordered from StockX in the past…
I have ordered from StockX in the past with no problems, but this past experience was awful. One pair of shoes came in great and exactly as described. The other, the order was somehow duplicated and overdrafted my account. When trying to reach out to cancel the extra order I found that the second pair was already shipped and there was nothing I could do until it arrived. I was not in the financial position to handle an extra charge. To add insult to injury, the one pair that has arrived out of the duplicated order was high tops, not mids. This may very well be the last time I shop here. Next time I will go to GOAT.

I was disappointed with my experience…
I was disappointed with my experience after receiving my order. Unfortunately, the shoes did not fit me, even though I only tried them on and they remained in perfect condition. I contacted StockX customer service looking for help with an exchange or return, but I was unable to get a practical solution.
I understand that StockX has specific return policies, but I expected more support and flexibility, especially considering the value of the purchase. The process was frustrating and left me feeling unsupported as a customer.
The product itself arrived as expected, but the after-sales experience was disappointing. I hope StockX improves its customer service and offers better solutions for customers who have sizing issues.
