Customer service was very bad the girl on the phone was polite and put me on to someone high very rude and impolite not help full. Internet disgusting really bad, on and off was really bad contract 24 months of poor Internet change Internet provider 2 months before contract end charged 94 pound ask for the statement so show that it has been paid so the new provider would paid it back to me still waiting , have given one star I do feel that this company should not get this. it for the girl on the phone

No longer with supanet as cancelled late last year but received an email for a £69 charge. Contacted them via chat and it was to do with the router which I had sent back at the time of cancellation and they got the charge removed for me. Very helpful and friendly.

We were having serious issues with Supanet for some time before switching Provider. Our Internet coverage was appalling, kept dropping out for significant periods, and despite several stressful weeks of ringing them in an attempt to rectify these, the quality of service was still not up to scratch. I voiced my opinion privately and publicly about my experience then, but respectfully withdrew my initial review at Supanet's request when we parted ways. Well, things have only progressed. Although free and clear for the last 4 months, we've had a couple of hundred pounds taken directly from our bank account this week and on speaking with them, was told this was a charge for 'Equipment'. On termination of our contract, we returned two Routers, one of which they strangely sent back to us for no reason. They are also trying to charge for a defective one that was replaced A DECADE AGO and at the time, never asked for back!!!! It beggars belief! What makes it worse...my late father Norman was their CEO, helping to set up Supanet (as well as the Time/Internexus Group) and we were probably their first ever customers. We fondly remember all sat in my kitchen watching as the 100th subscriber mark was hit, celebrating with Asti and Cocktail Sausages. Oh, the Good Old Days! Anyway, we're disgusted that our call for reimbursement seems to have fallen on deaf ears, as have our requests to speak to Senior Management. Dear Customer Services, please speak to any of the Mohsan Brothers, mention "The Wellingtons" and wait for the reaction. Regard and Mutual Respect! It appears, from reading other customer reviews, that this extraction of money is a common occurrence. The Company was never run like this, my Father would be turning in his grave if he'd not been cremated! It's shocking and we don't deserve to be scammed. Sort yourselves out.

Well after a few telephone conversation with a tec guy Durrani I was hopeful that the spam emails would stop. it lasted 2 days now back to square one all blocked but in my trash folder I have about 20in the last 3 days this is not a customer I would recommend you can only use there webmail as they do not support 3rd party email application which i have been using for over 30 year's and are changing me £49 for the two emails addresses ( my wife's and mine) not a happy customer

I would give more stars to start with But it ended well with the confusion on routers I did get my money back which was a surprise but despite just a rem8nder to everyone who reads this PLEASE PLEASE KEEP YOUR ROUTERS AND SEND THEM BACK TAKE A PHOTO OR RECORD THIS ON YOUR PHONE AT THE POSTOFFICE SO YOU HAVE THE EVIDENCE A ND KEEP YOUR RECIEPTS APART FROM I WAS SATISFIED IT ALL GOT RESOLVED SO THANK YOU TO the manager who dealt with me me kind regards sharon

I wanted to cancel my contract after 20+ years zs I am giving up my landline. Although it was difficult to get an answer by phoning the chat service was very efficient and Lara took me through the process easily.
