I ordered vitamins B1 and after almost month i don t have the vitamins or the money back eather.
I think the site is a scam , even comunication with them is strange in short words and evasive answers

I ordered a few things a few months ago, and then found I had been signed up for an account to deliver Zinc and Turmeric at £25 a month; I did not ask for this, and I have not been receiving these pills. I have twice written to cancel any account, and have asked for my money back; I have also told my bank not to pay them any more. But still they come back, despite promising a 'no quibble' refund. This company's tactics are borderline illegal. I would never order from them again, and I would advise anyone else to steer well clear.

Scumbags, they sign you up to spam emails regardless of you opting out.

On general principle I wouldn't order from them again, can't work with a company that treats their customers like that.

I emailed to cancel my order within minutes of it being placed as I realised I ordered the wrong dose and then they still sent the order 2 days later and then made me pay to return it

I got value for my money. Good job

My parcel is lost and I have reported to them and they said it was signed for but it wasn't as I was 47 miles away and they haven't replied to any emails I won't order from them again after this I been an loyal customer for over 3 years

The product is the purest and best value for money that I have been able to find. So I am pleased with the product. Unfortunately my recent order arrived in the heatwave when it was 35 degrees. The capsules
had all melted and also had stuck together in one solid lump in the bag. I tried to get in touch with Supplemented and asked for a replacement bag sending photos of the leaking lump but I have not heard back from them and it has been around 3 weeks since I sent the email and photos. It is not the fault of Supplemented that the pack was melted in the extreme heat, but I am disappointed that I spent a lot of money on a bag of capsules that can't be used and have heard nothing back from Supplemented.

Well impressed with this company.
Good prices, good packaging, fast delivery. Sadly no vit B1, but will continue to order what I can.

This is the first time I've used this company. I ordered Ashwagandha Extract 1000mg Tablets on the 28th June.

Their tracking status has said 'on its way' since I first placed the order.

Despite several emails chasing this order, I have not received any response from them.

I have asked for a full refund as I have lost all confidence in purchasing anything from them again.

I've been using their supplements as part of my continuing recovery after having had cancer. I definitely feel better with the vitamin and mineral package that I take and have added heart and circulatory support to my regiment.

I've had many different supplements from different companies, but always end up coming back to supplemented, they have the best products and cleanest with no fillers, what more could you want than raw ingredients for that real dose of products, would always recommend to others and always come to this company.

I sent a message to you contact page June 3rd about a order that arrived at the beggining of June that i did not order NO REPLY A WEEK LATER

so i went to see if i had set up a subscription by mistake so i could cancel
All that is available on the website is ORDERS & PROFILE nothing showing i have a subscription
so there is NO WAY TO CANCEL it because i have NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL for the JUNE order NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL for a SUBSCRIPTION so i cant click on a link to cancel it ?
i do not want more supplements sent
IT SAYS WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU IN 24 hrs on there contact page and sales email
i have been waiting 2 weeks for a reply now by not communicating with customers to find out why they are taking money without permission or even if the mistake is mine THEY NEED TO SORT IT OUT OR IT MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE THEY DONT CARE & ARE STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS
THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!
I have a years supply why are incapable of finding out what happend as i can not find a solution on website when a subscription has not been set up.

Not even worth 1 star, order never arrived , even though they marked it as being delivered, unfortunately for them, we have 24 hr security cameras, showing no delivery, the have ignored 4 emails to find out where our delivery is, dont trust this ignorant company, they couldnt care less, got to be a bank claw back now, can do without the buggering about, just because they are incompetent and liars, , again Camera footage to prove, no delivery, poor company

Never got my order and all contact was ignored.

First I was happy to get Astaxanthin from Supplemented but was quite upset when shortly after the purchase the pills lost their rather bright orange colour and bought a new one soon after, thinking that it was accidental. The pills in the second packet were discoloured in a few days although I kept them away from any light natural or artificial and even kept the packet in another light proof packet.
I feel like this particular product is a scam. Don’t know about all others.

I bought large amounts of zinc and magnesium, but I received only the zinc tablets, I assumed my magnesium tablets were on the way, after an extra week I sent email to them and asking them when they are sending me my magnesium, but they are refusing to accept they didn’t send me my magnesium, so I have to buy them from another supplier today
I believe they made a mistake but they are stubbornly not accepting their mistake

Not having much support from Matt Sawyer, who is working for this company. Vegan capsules being sold as "certified Kosher and Hallal" yet I am not getting a response as to whether the animal has been slaughtered or not, as is the Kosher and Hallal way. They are also not complying with my request to return 3 packets of supplements and get free postage. Wanting me to pay the postage which is not right either.

Terrible customer service. I have used the company before with no issues. This time I paid with Apple Pay which incorrectly populated the delivery address with my previous address. I noticed immediately and contacted them seconds later only to be told it had already been shipped. I commend their efficiency but that’s not what their own tracker says. I hate being lied to. I will never use them again.

Excellent products and service. Eco-friendly packaging and well-designed no-nonsense website.
And lots of photos people doing yoga!

Delivery was late. Contacted customer service but reply was poor. They have sent me generic message and never replied after it.
