Excellent service. The hot tub was delivered and collected on time. Kevin was very helpful and answered all my questions beforehand. He also gave us very clear instructions about how to operate it. I would definitely hire a hot tub from here again.

I hired the hot tub as a Christmas gift for my parents and they absolutely loved it! The set up worked well and they had 4 days of use. The only reason I gave 4 stars was that I know they tried to contact Kevin a couple of times after there was a power cut and couldn't get through, but other than that it was great!

Excellent service - delivered on time and hot tub got up to temperature within 24 hours. We thoroughly enjoyed using it and seeing in the new year in style! Setup and take down were both quick. I thoroughly recommend - we will be booking again!

A great service for my daughter's 10th birthday, she loved it and we didn't have to do anything except switch on the bubbles - everything else was done for us and everything was delivered/collected on time.

Cannot really review your company, my parents hired a hot tub for my 21st birthday, was due to turn up Wednesday 2nd it didn’t so we contacted them every 2 hours from 1pm with no reply until 5pm we were then told it would turn up Thursday early morning as they had messed up booking and refused to come out at 5pm to set it up. so we woke up waiting for the hot tub to arrive it got to mid day and nothing. So my mum looked and had an email at 11;30am saying they had cancelled all orders for this weekend due to cold weather with no offer to rebook or a apology. Really disappointed for my 21st to be planned with the hot tub to then have my birthday ruined by this company. Will not use. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Second time hiring with this company and everything was fantastic, we hired last year for my daughters birthday and she asked for one again this year, although we could not invite her friends this year we all had a fantastic time.

Great customer service and a great hot tub, could not of asked for more.

We called the day before delivery as we wanted to add a gazebo to our order and Kevin was more than happy to add this for us and he also have is a few pillows and a cup holder for free.

Will be using again for sure.

Thankyou Kevin From Swindon Hot Tub Hire. Excellent service considering the Covid-19 situation. Kevin was really quick coming back with a quote and really polite & prompt when delivering the Hot Tub. He even called on the morning of delivery. Kevin set up & went through all instruction very carefully. He forgot the lid so returned within a few hours to complete the set up. A very good service and product. Would highly recommend and we did whilst we had the Hot Tub and a friend of ours hired one for the following weekend.
