This is the easiest 5-star review I’ll ever write.

Jessica made both our house sale and purchase smooth and stress free. Of course, there are always hurdles when buying and selling a home, but Jessica couldn’t have done any more for us.

She was always there to answer our emails and calls, kept us updated, and made us feel supported throughout the process. Her, professionalism and dedication were outstanding.

Jessica is a real credit to Switalskis, and they are incredibly lucky to have her. Thank you so much for everything you did for us. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

Having used several different firms over the years in Harrogate and Wetherby, we can confidently say that the service from Switalskis exceeded them all. From the initial onboarding call through to completion, the service was exceptional.

A special thank you to Harriet Findlay for her diligence and hard work throughout both the sale and purchase of our new property. We would also like to thank Paula Mayfield for working late into the night to bring the final pack together before her holiday. We have no doubt that the whole team worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to keep the transaction moving quickly.

Being a senior I struggle with technology and I made the company aware of this prior to commencement of the conveyance. I was assured that I would be assisted and guided through the process. This was actually the case and Lindsey Zabukas was excellent in reducing the stress levels and helping me when needed. Further to this I found the fees were quite reasonable, I would certainly recommend Switalskis.
