Good experience with a Mitsubishi Ecodan airsource heatpump from Synergy Power. Kuki was professional and provided a good price. This was important for me as I was paying everything my self and some companies does seem to have quite en inflated price due to the government scheme. I am from Denmark where heatpumps are very common and it was clear that James knew what he was talking about when he came out to do the survey. No silly sales talk, just facts so knew I was likely to be in good hands then.
And I was not wrong, the install by James and the electrician was done very nicely with tidy pipework and minimal mess. James was great at considering the options for cylinder placement as well.
This is our second Ecodan airsource heatpump and it has been running since December. My only regret is that it was not installed with antifreeze as our other heatpump is. I now worry about the outdoor unit freezing if we have a longer power cut so I will need to speak to James and Kuki. James did explain that it is ever so slightly more efficient with water rather than the glycol option. I do also find it anoying that the pump is running for most of the winter also even when there is no call for heating, just to prevent the outside unit freezing.
I would definately not hesitate to use Synergy power again.

We had problems with our Givenergy installation and after 2 months of trying to get technical support from Givenergy the problem was solved by Synergy.

The staff at Synergy had also tried in vain for 2 months to get help for us from Givenergy and will now try to get Givenergy to pay our bill due to the total lack of help from Givenergy.

I advise anyone to use Synergy and take their advice which products to use to ensure you can get the help you need if a system fails.

A great pity other companies do not provide the excellent service that Synergy and its employees give.

Fabulous experience from a well established company.
Great service from start to finish, we had a couple of problems that were dealt with quickly.
Roger in the office kept in touch almost daily and chased all the relevant certificates etc for us.
If you want a company that knows the business and will deliver exactly what they say they will look no further.
Don't trust the cheap company's they are cheap for a reason.

We recently had solar panels and a Powerwall 3 battery installed by Synergy Power Ltd, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Their efficiency truly impressed us; the process from initial contact to the start of installation was incredibly quick, with work commencing in a very short time frame.

The quality of their service led us to expand our setup further, and Synergy Power Ltd promptly returned to install the Powerwall expansion pack and the new Zappi Glo charger, replacing our older car charger. Each addition was handled with the same professionalism and speed as the initial installation.

Synergy Power Ltd is a truly great company. Their communication throughout was excellent, handling our queries and the many add-on requests quickly and without fuss. It's clear they prioritize customer satisfaction. Highly recommend them for any solar or home energy solutions!

Increasingly Solar Energy companies disappear soon after completion of installations. This was my experience and an obvious concern was getting another company to help with issues going forward. I have SolarEdge equipment and they recommended Synergy, who have upgraded my equipment and offer a presence and communication response I can rely on.

Ross from Synergy Power Ltd installed our Tesla Powerwall2 battery & Gateway in April 2024 this year. The whole process was efficient & knowledgeable. From initial quote, to site survey, to install & to a small aftercare query nothing was too much trouble for the office staff. The whole order process was taken at our pace & we didn't feel pressured into signing on the dotted line. Synergy Power sorted out all the DNO paperwork. Install was over 2 days as we needed a few adjustments with our electrics. Ross even spotted something that wasn't quite right with another electrical item & offered to put it right for us. Would definitely use Synergy Power again.

Very impressed with this company and especially David Pogue. He came out the day we called and his service, expertise and knowledge of my Generac generator was way beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this company.

Had 14 panels, a 10kW battery and hot water heating controller installed. Kuki and David are absolutely amazing and look after you throughout the process. Particular attention is paid for quality. They walk through every stage. Synergy Power Ltd are good at what they do.

High winds had removed and damaged the anti-bird skirt around pv panels. Although first promise of response was not followed through, after I contacted David Todd he organised for the full skirt to be replaced without charge. The work has just been done promptly and quickly.

From signing the contract for the installation of a 16 panel array and SolarEdge inverter, battery and hot water controller to receiving DNO appproval was 12 weeks. The roofing team and electricians were skilled and quickly resolved any issues that cropped up while re-tiling the roof and installing the PV system.
To date i am very pleased with the system performance and appearance of the of the roof.
I would certainly recommend Synergy Power.

Synergy recently installed a Tesla Battery and ancillary PV panels to our home. The whole installation process from placing our order through to having the system up and running went smoothly with the Synergy team both professional and tidy when at our property. Any issues were minor and quickly resolved. I have no concerns about recommending them to others interested in an integrated renewal energy system.

I have used Synergy Power three times now. Initially to install PV Solar Panels, then to install a Zappi car charger and now to install some large batteries. Very good service as ever - a very professional company!

From start to finish, the scope of information given to myself and my husband was amazing.
Initially my husband liased with David who talked him through the process of installing solar panels in detail. As my husband was very anxious about the installation due to us just having a new roof, we asked plenty of questions and David was only too happy to answer them until we fully understood what was required for the install from start to finish.
The roofers who came out to do the install arrived on time and again talked us through what they would be doing.
They finished promptly and even showed us pictures of what the panels looked like once installed to our roof. We were so happy with the install that we decided to get some more panels fitted to the front of the roof.
The electrician (scott) was also very helpful and he set up the inverter so that the panels could start doing their job.
I would definitely recommend anyone looking to get solar panels to go with Synergy power. I've never left a review before but honestly believe that this company is worth leaving a review for.
All certificates were sent through by David and we had no trouble throughout the whole process.
