Worst ever hairbrush! Bought for my toddlers hair and it’s impossible to remove the tangles! I would have to tug and only brush very small sections at a time. Brushing her hair took ages and was such an ordeal!
I ended up buying a MUCH cheaper brush from boots and was able to brush out my daughter’s tangles within 2 minutes! DO NOT BUY!
The product I can't comment upon because having waited over 2 weeks it has not arrived. Customer service regarding this fact is appalling and Evri delivery offer is less than poor
the brush itself is nice (fine and fragile) for brushing my hair with no pain or tugs and detangles matts easily. the price however varies in every retailer you can find it in which means im always on the hunt for the best price to not feel like im being extorted. oh well, i suppose i only need the one brush for the one head of hair i have.

Absolute nightmare with delivery service used. Totally incompetent delivery service. I cancelled my order and got a refund.
I placed an order for a brush on the 20th September 2022. The conformation email said to wait for a dispatch notification. On the 27th September I tried to call Tangle Teezer to see when the package would be dispatched. I couldn't get through so I emailed. Fast forward 3 days later and I have had no response to my email and I still cant get hold of anyone on the phone. They have £15.50 of my money and I have no idea if I'm ever going to receive my order.
Disappointed and angry is an understatement.

More than 1 month to receive the package. Bad customer service. I had to pay customs fees. I will never buy from UK again.
This brush is exactly what you need for a modern hectic life. It is compact and lights which makes it perfect to put it in the lady's bag. What is more, it is extremely helpful for my tangled hair.
Placed an order the 17 january and already on the 21 january I got the brush.
We/my daughter love the brush and now she wants to get her hair brushed :)
