Taxfix is very fast and responsive. They always update me on the status even late at night, which I really appreciate. There is no fixed time for support they are available and helpful whenever I need assistance. The team is very hands-on and makes the process easier to understand, especially for beginners. Overall, I am satisfied with their service because they are efficient and reliable.It recommended

I've run into a few hurdles using this platform. The biggest barrier is that the interface doesn't offer an English language option, which makes it hard to navigate. Also, my advisor and I occasionally experience language barriers that lead to communication gaps.

We've also had moments where the step-by-step directions they give me don't match what is actually on my screen. I suspect advisors might be looking at a different version of the interface than the users, which makes troubleshooting pretty confusing. Having an English toggle and better alignment between user and advisor views would make a huge difference!

In addition to fairly priced services, I’m very impressed with the level of support and personal connection provided by the consultant assigned to me.

Overall, everything was great, used Taxfix for my Renta.

The only thing I didn't inderstand is why did they need me to sign up while preparing my husbands', but ok

I am currently on my third advisor with Taxfix, and unfortunately my experience has been disappointing.

Communication has often been slow, with important questions remaining unanswered for days or even weeks. I have repeatedly had to follow up or contact support to get responses.

I have also found errors in payroll and tax documents that I had to identify myself, even though I hired an accounting service precisely so I wouldn't have to review technical tax documents. In my opinion, checking these things and asking for any missing information should be the accountant's responsibility, not the client's.

Changing advisors has not improved my experience, as the same issues have continued. The support team has been polite and helpful when I contacted them directly, but I don't think I should have needed to escalate these matters myself.

Overall, the service has not given me the confidence that my accounting and tax affairs are being handled with the level of care I expected from a professional firm.

Good and quick service

I used them to file taxes and they made several mistakes on the taxes that I found before the filling date. When I brought them up, they refused to fix the mistake and I ended up having to make the change myself.

Also prior to that when I asked advice, most of the responses felt like they were AI. The Gestor I have doesn't have a legit looking LinkedIn and has zero experience so that is also fishy.

The gestor was super responsive and answered all my questions. He was fast too.

Excellent service. No problems on my last 5 years of tax declarations.

Horrible and useless. Now I've gone through several tax advisors, and I can say they are horrible. There is no real expertise; there's no possibility of delegating to them the handling of taxes. Ultimately, they want you to be the tax expert and are completely passive in the process. I'm still subscribed, but looking for a way to get out of it and handle all the tax processes in other ways.

Once I got put through to the second account advisor it was brilliant. Estuve was excellent, he communicated quickly and clearly and sorted everything very well. It took some time and a lot of stress to get to him though, the first advisor didn't respond and couldn't complete my return, this is why I haven't give 5 stars, had I gone straight to Estuve it would have been no issues from the start.
