Excellent experience! I ordered the 20 gallon parts washer to use as a sink in my pottery studios. It's so perfect! I thought it was orange on the site but when I opened up the box, it was the most beautiful cherry red! Just fyi in case you really want orange or (like me) really didn't want orange lol.

When I found out it was shipping by Canada Post, I thought "Oh Sh*t", but then it showed up the next day and I was super happy.

The product was a good price, the staff were courteous and organized. The delivery went smooth.
I haven't had the time to assemble or use the planer yet, as my house is being renovated and it may be until the end of summer before I have time.
The planer is going to be used to mill wood for house finishes.

My shopping experience was fantastic from start to finish. The online store was easy to use and somehow I messed up and my order was set for pick up at one of their locations, but I don’t live in the area so I called them and within minutes they had fixed my order and was getting it ready for shipping, the shipping was free and fast. It arrived on my doorstep no signature required so I didn’t have to go to the post office because I missed the delivery and everything was there in good working order not to mention the price was phenomenal and the tools were on sale, hands-down the best shopping experience for tools online by far.

In 2021, I bought the Milwaukee 2445-20 M12 High-Performance Jig Saw (Bare Tool), According to your website; it should come with “(1) 10 TPI wood cutting blade” but I didn’t see any blade in the package. Then I asked if TEGS Could send me one “(1) 10 TPI wood cutting blade” on May 17, 2021; however, I got NO response.
Now I am looking for the "Milwaukee 2526-20 M12 FUEL Oscillating Multi-Tool", TEGS takes its accessories away again in comparison to other sellers. NO more business with TEGS again.

I am ultra annoyed that I was led to believe I could buy a Stihl MS170 chainsaw online for $259.99. An excellent deal, right? Wrong! For some bizzarre reason, the saw cannot be shipped to me out her in BC (free shippping was promised). I entered all of my confidential info, pressed 'complete order', and NADA. Did a 'contact us' to find out that it's a bait and switch scam. Too good to be true. Was told I was free to come in to the store and pick up the saw. That might be OK if it wasn't a TWENTY TWO HOUR DRIVE!! Don't waste your time.
