Total customer service failure.

I applied to AA for a loan to buy a car. I was pre-approved on MoneySupermarket, approved through their own system then...nothing. Silence. I couldn't arrange to pay for or collect the new car, they didn't transfer the funds and they refused to tell me what was taking so long or what how long it would take. When I kept asking, they smugly told me this was normal and I would just have to wait. After two days I cancelled the application and began the fight to have them remove their credit checks from my record. Absolutely appalling service, totally useless.
