I am giving French Pharmacy’s products a 5 star review. Their skin care is amazing. I hate to do this but I have to say that their customer service is extremely slow in solving my issue. I ordered my third round of A313 and their laluset hyaluronique cream in May and it never got delivered. I have sent a few emails and they did acknowledge that it had not been delivered and they said they, sent it to their team to see what could be done. It has been a few weeks and still no word.
So I am a bit discouraged. Other than this they have been great!

Efficient service, good product

I've bought from them several times and the experience is always spot on. Good prices (I've shopped around) always dispatched and delivered incredibly quickly and beautifully packaged. Very happy customer.

This company excels in everything about business. Product quality, shipping time, but mostly: the people working there. The customer service is exceptional, I have never ever met such committed staff to customers and their business! What I ordered was out of stock. I was asked if I could wait, then if I wished to get a refund after some time. I was promised that I would be notified when the product was back. In the meantime, I received the rest of my order with lots of gifts!! for my patience... They respond to inquiries fast and professionally. The politeness and friendliness of all emails were so nice to read that I feel like a really valued customer.
The second time, everything I ordered was in stock, I received all well packaged and in a couple of days, and surprisingly, found two small beauty samples as a gift. Thank you, French Pharmacy!

Honestly incomparable, and an absolute must in London.

It's the third time I have ordered from the French pharmacy and the products are very nice and delivery is swift, even when free, as I got. I also like the free samples they include each time.

Love the selection of products. Just wish they had more Payot. The customer service is perfect and never had any issues with online orders.

I rarely write reviews for the service, but this was exceptional. I accidentally ordered a different cream and after I paid, over the weekend, I sent an email asking if it was still possible to exchange for the item I really wanted. They not only confirmed that, but also swiftly issued a refund. To be recommended for everyone who uses French beauty products in UK. Thank you!

Evri make the mistake, they sent my parcel to the wrong address, I contacted the French pharmacy straight away, they take the responsibility for something not their fault, send me what I ordered, really good customer service! Definitely a next time

So many online sales operations don't have a single dog gone item. This business had accurate inventory data displayed and shipped in about 3 days, when they said they would.
