I always enjoy the programmes on Goodnick. I did them some time ago and have just come back again because I need to make my self stronger and more able to keep with my grandchildren. This is not easy at 78 years old, but I can still do most things on this programme and hope to get better as I go along.
My big mistake was to begin the programme during the hottest week of the year!
My few queries are always answered to my satisfaction and promptly. The exercises are just right for me as they can be tailored to my own specifications in terms of which weight or resistance band to use as well as adapting the exercises themselves if necessary for my body.

I’ve been with Goodnick for several months now. I’m not a sporty person but have kept at it. Each class is different so you are never bored and it is easy to fit into your day. I can really tell the difference in fitness levels and weight loss

I signed up for the 9 week course because I felt generally unfit and wasn’t really exercising other than walking our dog and I didn’t want to join a gym as I knew I probably would not want to spend the time there. Also in my experience classes are often run by coaches who have little understanding of the capabilities of a much older person, With just a little effort I found out I could carve out a time to do the Goodnick exercises with no travelling and with the added bonus of a coach who is just so encouraging and motivating .She will also offer alternatives with some of the exercises if needed. The WhatsApp group is good for accountability and again very encouraging. I have now joined the Goodnick Club and so far really enjoying the sessions and am seeing my fitness level greatly improving. I believe it’s so important as we age that we keep as strong as we can and I definitely will continue.

Really good classes, lots of helpful tips and advice - have never enjoyed regular exercise before but these classes are short enough so you don’t get fed up and it’s a gradual build up to fitness

the 9 week starter programme, starts at a manageable level and builds gradually and consistently through each class and each week. Its the first time in years that I have been able to keep up the momentum, attend and complete every class. As classes are emailed there is some flexibility for you to complete them, which means you can fit them nicely into your day. 20 minutes is a perfect session time. I've finished the 9 weeks and have signed up for the GoodNIck Club

Goodnick has been the perfect journey for me to get back into fitness again. It has been great being able to do the classes at home and the progress from week 1 to week 9 was the perfect mix to increase my stability, strength, flexibility, stamina etc., and, more importantly, the confidence within myself.

I’ve been with Goodnick for 10 months now and I can honestly say that I really enjoy these online exercise classes. Each session is only 20 minutes long, which makes them very manageable and easy to fit into a busy schedule. The workouts are enjoyable and never feel overwhelming.
Emma, the instructor, is very personable and has a great way of making the class feel almost like a personal training session. She explains everything clearly and creates a very supportive atmosphere.
There’s also plenty of backup help available if you need it, which is reassuring. Overall, a really convenient and motivating way to exercise
