Great environment. Tricia explained everything and was very meticulous. Answered all my questions and explained my results. I look forward to getting my hearing aids and hopefully enables me to get involved with conversations with my fiends and family without background noise overtaking things.

What I am paying for is expertise, competence, experience and flexibility. This is exactly what I get. I recently upgraded my hearing aids to the latest specification. By demonstration, therefore, I am a return customer. I think this says it all.

Angelique was thoroughly lovely with my daughter (as she had been with my son) guiding her through what was expected and making getting "ear computers" an exciting experience. Her calm child-centred manner is such an asset.

Following my earlier review I was immediately contacted by Bridget and invited for an immediate reassessment. Bridget completely retuned both hearing aids. We went through my grievances which satisfied me. I now find my hearing aids excellent.

Excellent as always. When I couldn’t get along with the new Starkey hearing aids they were quickly replaced with the updated version of my previous ones which are working well. It was really nice not to be made to feel guilty about requesting the exchange

I got a quick appointment and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. My consultation was with Amy who listened to all I had to say, answered all my questions, explained the tests I was going to have and gave me a clear description of her findings. I got a speedy report outlining everything which was also copied to my GP. I was very impressed and pleased that I had chosen this clinic. I now have a clear idea of my ear problems and what I need to do next.

I brought my nine year old to The Hearing Clinic as she has a history of hearing issues and surgeries, she has been fine for a couple of years but we've suspected the issues were back. Booking was easy, the lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. On the day both the person who checked us in and the person carrying out the hearing tests were great. They were really kind and reassuring to my daughter and the checks and tests were very thorough. I felt that we were in good hands. Sadly our suspicions were confirmed and our daughter's hearing issues have returned, but we left feeling informed and very clear on the results. I would not hesitate in recommending The Hearing Clinic to friends and family.

Angelique perfect as usual, but the hearings do not stream with my phone.
