They have stolen my money
Watch out everybody, please do not buy from these scammers. I purchased a few pair of shoes as I definitely wanted to keep one. Once they arrived, I didn’t like the colour and the style so I had to return all of them. They have issued me a return label and I posted the box through UPS. The parcel was returned to their address they’ve given on the postage label on the 20th of April. I’ve been waiting 14 working days for a return and once that didn’t happen, I contacted them for a refund. They sent me a message that was quite confusing saying everything was returned correctly and there’s no money to be refunded. I figured they have used translator so I asked them to clarify. The second message said that they have not received my parcel and I will not be refunded my nearly £600. I have been explaining over a few emails now that I have done everything I was supposed to do. I printed their label, posted it with the courier they have chosen and the parcel got delivered. I even spoke to a customer service person which was also very useless. They are keep saying because they haven’t received the parcel I’m not gonna be refunded. I have asked for the protocol of the steps they have taken as they have said they’ve done investigation. Someone from a different department said, because the actions were taken by a different department they can’t help me. This is utterly ridiculous and I consider it a theft. I’ve checked out the return address and there are a few warehouses around and I’m convinced the parcel must have been received next-door. They are just too lazy to even go and look for it. I don’t believe they have done anything to find the parcel. I’m sure there are cameras around and you can just look at the time the parcel was returned to them and see who accepted it or where it was returned. I myself run a e-commerce shop and I know how these things work. I’ve never been more disappointed in online shopping and this is exactly the opposite I provide for my customers. I really regret going to their website before checking out the reviews, as they are horrible and a lot of people say about very late refunds. I cannot believe that this is how they treat their clients. There is zero effort on their part. I now wonder if this is how they make business…They let people buy things and once they are returned, they never pay them back…. Everybody, please watch out and don’t let them steal your money.
You are SCREWED if you by online
North Face IS NOT, Amazon. If you buy online you are screwed. I bought a pair of winter shoes on line and it was too small. I called customer service with all the sale in formation and after referring me to stores that they carry their brand and I was told unless you bought here there is nothing we can do. I am putting the shoes in my trash can and would NEVER buy North Face again. I tried and wasted four months to exchange this shoe
Defrauded by The North Face Warranty Team
I have been a loyal customer of The North Face for years. I own three of their jackets, multiple pairs of shoes, and two backpacks. I never imagined I would be treated like a criminal for trying to claim a warranty on a clearly defective product.
In March 2026, I contacted TNF Customer Care about a pair of shoes that had failed structurally. Over the course of three weeks, I jumped through every hoop they placed in front of me. I sent detailed photos of the fault, the entire shoe, the soles, the sides, the interior label, and the box. I provided my full address. I even tracked down a bank statement proving the purchase date.
Their response? Because the physical store (which I directed them to via Google Maps) wipes its system annually, they could not retrieve the original receipt. TNF then pivoted to the product manufacture date—Fall 2022—and used that to claim the shoes were outside the 3-year warranty window.
This is absurd. I bought the shoes in 2024. The bank statement clearly shows this. Yet they are deliberately conflating manufacture date with purchase date to shirk responsibility. A bank statement was not "proof enough" for them, despite it containing the transaction date, the retailer, and the amount.
Maria from their UK Customer Care team made it clear: without the original paper receipt, they would do nothing. Not a repair. Not a replacement. Not even a discount. Just a cold denial.
This is not how you treat a loyal customer. This is how a company hides behind bureaucratic technicalities to avoid honoring its own warranty promises. I am now expected to absorb the loss for their defective product because I trusted their brand enough not to treat the receipt like a sacred document.
I will never purchase from The North Face again, and I will make sure everyone in my circle knows that their "warranty" is a sham designed to expire the moment you actually need it.
Avoid at all costs.
This company refuses to acknowledge…
This company refuses to acknowledge the fact that i have sent some items back for exchange even though i have proof of postage.
Do not buy anything from these these thieves.
If i could give no stars, i would!!
Absolute scam
Absolute scam. This company can't afford giving student discount although they are in UNiDAYS. Whenever I try to buy something that is on sale with an extra student discount after order confirmation within 2 days they automatically cancel the order. Happens every single time. Please if you can't afford that please get out of the UNiDAYS.

Northface shell jacket is incredibly waterproof and handled a heavy downpour during my last hike perfectly
Can't give zero unfortunately
Can't give zero unfortunately. Avoid these scammers if you know what's good for you. Utter useless. Arranged a return, their drop off point who take parcel, take email address, and send you confirmation it's returning. Yodel (yes, that complete disgrace of a delivery company) don't return it. North face want proof I returned with a receipt they don't give you. Emails and photos to prove this. If you buy from these more fool you, complete clowns who will basically steal your money.
SCAMMERS
This company and their delivery partner are a complete scam. They claim to of delivered my package, it was only a sweatshirt, on 24th March. However, there was nobody home as I was working away in Scotland until 26th March. Despite clearly stating on the delivery details that any parcel has to be handed over to the person at the address, photograph taken, and signed for. They said it was left on the step. This is a house which is situated on a main road. Well, you can guess, when I got home it was nowhere to be seen.
I took the matter up with the delivery company and also NF. Absolutely useless. They both didn’t want to know, despite being in breach of their delivery terms and conditions. I now don’t know what to do about this. I’ve even thought of reporting them to the police.
But my advice is that you avoid purchasing from this company at all costs.
Items in delivery missing, no solution, no response
I ordered items from The North Face online store (northface.com) and several products I paid for were never delivered.
I contacted customer support, provided all requested evidence, and instead of resolving the issue, they refused to take responsibility. When I tried to push the case further, they simply stopped responding.
I was left without the missing items and without any resolution.
Very disappointing and hard to trust an online store that handles issues like this. Absolutely do not recommend buying directly from them.
Products easily break, do not acknowledge warranties
Products easily break, tear apart, rip, etc. Even expensive products aren’t as good products like Patagonia and Arcxtrz. They also do not hold their promise on warranty. Customer service are unhelpful, unknowledgeable and unkind. I suggest you buy other better products from different companies. Better products, better warranties, better customer service.
Poor-quality hoodies
Hi, I'm not happy with the quality of the hoodie. I first bought a light-colored one for $65. I washed it by hand to avoid using the washer-dryer, but the bottom elastic on the hoodie stretched out, I left it as is, but when I bought a white hoodie for my son and the elastic also stretched out, and then the patch pocket came off after the second wash, that was just too much.
I bought one online from MEC and I got…
I bought one online from MEC and I got one with a shorter right sleeve, one of the caps got stuck one the other side when I buttoned it right after two weeks, also the feathers come out too easily and to top it up it had imperfections with the strings from the zippers, yes little things but for a coat costing me 400 dollars I am very much disappointed. This brand I will never buy NORTH FACE EVER AGAIN and DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone, their standards are very low indeed and they make very cheap work you can tell by the quality of the material, the thread they use to sew is very cheap it breaks very fast. This parka should cost around 100 to 150 based on the quality they provide us as customers with. Not worth anyone's time or anything at all. Do not buy it or you will end up very disappointed. 0 stars out of 5. Not a single good thing about it we just pay a brand name and it's way overpriced. I am simply tired of all this nonsense this guys lost me and a lot of other future customers I hope. AWFULL, DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS ONLINE. THEY ALL LIE AND PROBABLY GET NORTH FACE COMISSIONS TO DO SO!!!
What customer service???
As a long time loyal customer of this brand I'm disgusted with the way I've been treated. They dispatched my order through DPD which in turn was delivered elsewhere to a safe place which the proof photo wasn't my property, they weren't interested and said contact the sender. Back to North Face and they sent an email back saying to the effect it's been dispatched, it's been delivered no refund will be issued. Absolutely not
Acceptable, you've lost a customer never again. Funny you don't respond to any of these reviews either, no customer service.... disgraceful!!!
Horrific customer service
Great range of products but horrific customer service. Customers are completely ignored, staff show little to no interest in your issue. Horrendous treatment considering the price we pay for their products.
I will never order from them again how…
I will never order from them again how can a jacket that I purchased for Christmas last only 5 weeks after purchase the zip has broke and the teeth have also broke
They said they will not repair or replace or refund my money due to mechanical default
How is that my problem you clearly sold me a faulty jacket
What a joke
How can a jacket brake with in a month after purchase and they refuse to help
They should be boycotted and never order from them again
I purchased a coat on February 13
I purchased a coat on February 13, 2026, received it on February 25, and returned it the very next day. It is now March 12, and the refund still has not been credited to my account. I was told it may take 3–6 weeks to process, which is completely unacceptable for a return made immediately.
Horrible support experience, and bad quality product
I purchased ski pants from The North Face in October of 2025. After the second wear there was a hole ripped in the leg (I don't know how since I was using them for their intended purpose...skiing).
I submitted a warranty claim via their website. When I finally heard from their support it was requesting more details BUT from a 'do not respond' email. Today, I go to their online chat which is now with AI. I go through a whole conversation with AI where I submit the photos that it asks for, and at the end it tells me it will transfer me to an agent who them tells me they can't see any of the photos from the above thread so I need to respond to an email they have sent me.
Fine. I go check my email and it is the exact same template that I originally received, from a different support address. I send the required details and within seconds it says the mail is not deliverable.
At this point I have spent several hours trying to submit what should be a very straightforward claim, for a product that couldn't stand up to basic use for the purpose it is designed for. The pants were $250 and in a color I really loved. I am so disappointed in this whole experience.
No refund received
I returned 2 The North Face items (worth £450,) it says the company received the first one on 31/1/26 and the second on 5/2/26 and I have not received my refund yet. I contacted them on 24/2/26 and again yesterday (5/3/26) and they have not got back to me at all to say they are looking into it or anything. What a waste of time this company is. I will NOT buy another item from there.
North Face don't stand behind their products
Bought a North Face Router backpack from the Regent Street store. North Face built its reputation on durability and gear that lasts. That's exactly why I chose them and expected the bag to last many years.
After under three years of normal everyday use the zip completely seized up, the puller detached and came off the runner, and the stitching has frayed and come away. A brand that prides itself on durability should stand behind that claim.
Visited the store who said they couldn't repair the zip. The only resolution offered was 10% off via the XPLR Pass, a standard sign-up offer available to anyone off the street, not a genuine goodwill gesture.
Contacted customer care who dismissed my complaint without ever inspecting the bag and offered a 15% discount code. I'm also aware other customers have experienced the same quality issues. I've been a loyal customer for years but won't be purchasing again.
Terrible
Terrible, rude customer service. Parcel with expensive costs never arrived. They wouldn’t help at all and told me to take it up with my credit card company. Really unpleasant experience. Maybe because their overpriced brand is in fashion right now they don’t think they need to try.
