Best customer service ever!!!!
I ordered a large order last week, my two large size dogs have been itching uncontrollably and I have tried almost everything to try to get them to quit itching. So I was super excited to be getting these.
When I arrived home today I found the package on my porch. But when I opened the envelope there was only one container of the 30 soft chews. I had ordered five containers and one bag of treats. So I got on the chat with a live agent very fast. He asked me a couple of questions and started looking up my order to see what happened to it. I'm not sure if he ever found out what happened. His Name was Chuck, and he was the best customer service representative I have ever had. He immediately started looking into my order, and went ahead and sent out the items I was missing and he expedited it so that it would get to me quicker. I have been super pleased with this company, and the interactions that I have had. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

The monthly subscription is perfect for…
The monthly subscription is perfect for us. I get the email notifications. It debits to my payment method on a consistent date.
Besides all that my dog goes crazy for them. I have seen some improvement too. He will be 15 in less than two months and he hasn’t slowed down on walks, jumps up on our beds and handles the stairs easily.
One thing, when will you implement a seniors discount?

It's a little too soon to tell.

I haven't really noticed any change yet but we're giving it a try. I have 3 small dogs, 2 of which are my own and one is a foster. They range in age from 5-11 years old.

My dogs and I love this powder!
My dogs absolutely love the dental powder! They lick the bowl completely clean to get every last bit. And we love it because there is no more bad breath! It started working within 3 days and is still working fantastically. We started using the product in January 2024 but did not discover PetLab's subscription plan until recently. The PetLab subscription plan makes it easy to keep your supplies perfectly timed without having to deal with shipping delays or availability issues that we had encountered in the past with other suppliers.

Poor Delivery Service
My experience with the delivery service since my subscription started has been very disappointing. I have never received my packages in my mailbox or at my front door. Instead, they are consistently left on the corner of my house, on the ground and far away from both my mailbox and my door. By the time I notice them, the packages are extremely hot. I do not think it is reasonable for my packages to be thrown or left in an unseen location. This ongoing issue has become so frustrating that I am seriously considering canceling my subscription because of the poor delivery service.

The probiotics are great
The probiotics are great. Noodles is on his second month. The itch spray -very expensive - was a total waste. Doesn't do a thing. Very disappointing.

Problem with the ordering process
I have no idea about the quality of the product. My problem is something that smacks of fraud in the ordering process. I liked what I saw in the new powder supplement so I ordered one tub on a subscription and I chose “Apple Pay” as the payment method. I clicked and the sale went through. As I was filling out my personal information for shipment, the site suddenly cut away to offer more stuff at a different discount and then the only way to move forward was to add the order. I figured that since I’d already paid, it would take me back to my original account. But a red box popped up saying that Apple Pay wasn’t available and I needed to use a different card, so I did. Then I got two different welcome to the company emails and two different order numbers.

My dogs (all 3 ) 2 are 8 yrs and 1 in 4 yrs. Their teeth are bright white,no tarter I have been using bright smile(?) for the last 4 yrs. Their teeth vet is impressed with their mouths. He says they look like a year old teeth. Also the probiotics is great. My 4 yr old has stopped all her scratching and chewing her feet since she started taking.
