Absolutely recommend – with a few areas for improvement

I had my breast augmentation with Professor Sandip Hindocha, with my pre- and post-operative appointments in Northampton and my surgery in London.

Firstly, I genuinely cannot recommend Professor Hindocha enough.

I researched and met with a number of surgeons before making my decision, and from my first consultation with him I knew he was the right surgeon for me. He was considerate, respectful, incredibly thorough and patient with every question I had (including all the silly ones!). Most importantly, he made me feel comfortable, reassured and safe.

He really listened to what I wanted rather than telling me what I should want, and we worked through the options together. Of all the consultations I had, his was by far the most comprehensive.

The Northampton team were also fantastic, and the vast majority of my overall experience was genuinely 5★.

So why 4★ overall?

Unfortunately, the hospital experience on the day of surgery didn't quite match the standard of everything else.

The surgical team themselves were brilliant, but at points the experience felt quite overwhelming. There seemed to be a constant stream of people coming in and out, and I didn't really get a moment to myself to settle before surgery.

I also wasn't particularly impressed with one of the nurses who collected me. We were unable to get into the main hospital area for around five minutes while he repeatedly tried the bells, which didn't exactly inspire confidence on what was already quite a nerve-racking day.

There was also an issue with the food options available. Nothing suitable was offered that I actually wanted to eat, and I ultimately brought my own food rather than the hospital finding an alternative. Given the amount of money being spent on private surgery, I did expect a little more care around things like this. Professor Hindocha himself was actually very unhappy when he later found out about it.

I want to stress that these issues related 1 nurse specifically and the hospital reception team who looked and acted like they would rather be anywhere else – the majority of the team were absolutely wonderful.

The post-op calls were also a really lovely and unexpected touch (even if I'm terrible at answering numbers I don't recognise 😂).

Most importantly, I am SO happy with my results. My augmentation is exactly what I wanted, I felt listened to throughout the process, and I would 100% choose Professor Hindocha again.

Overall, probably 95% of my experience was exceptional. I just couldn't quite give the whole experience 5★ because, when you're spending thousands of pounds on private surgery, I think it's reasonable to expect the experience on the day to match the exceptionally high standard of the surgeon and the rest of the team.

I’m absolutely thrilled with the results of my tummy tuck and, because I was so happy with the outcome, I returned to Mr William van Niekerk for a small breast reduction and uplift.

I’ve just been on my first holiday in 23 years wearing a bikini, which says it all! I feel so much more confident and really couldn’t be happier with the results.

Overall i would recommend the Private Clinic of Harley Street. After doing research in relation to my procedure i found their prices were reasonable and factoring in the facilities they offer and the expert doctors why would you go anywhere esle. The care post op was great too, the out of hours on call nurse facility was very useful.
My procudure was with Dr Comins, he and Sofia could not have done a better job!

Amazing! I have had several treatments here and every time the doctor, nurse and reception staff have all been amazing! I had the Body Balancer treatment recently and felt 5kg's lighter instantly. Will be back for more! I also had the BabyGlow treatment, Marie was very warm, friendly & professional and it didn't hurt. Results were subtle and naturally refreshing.

I had the cool sculpt treatment on my lower and upper flank area. Throughout the initial process all my questions were answered honestly which was important, as being told what you wish to hear results in disappointment. Due to the curvature of my spine Ria explained that I may be left with a very slight crease. I was offered the choice to try the upper flank prior to the lower so I could assess which option worked best or complete both areas together. Ria offered this so I didn’t feel I would need to pay for two areas at once which may not be necessary. I decided to proceed with the two areas anyway - there was no pressure from Ria which is helpful to come to a decision.

My expectations as a result were realistic and reflective of the information provided. I’m completely satisfied with my results. Separately to my Cool Sculpt treatment Ria also recommended some excellent skin care (Obagi Medical) products for hyperpigmentation and I am astounded by the results.

I was impressed from the very start with the Private Clinic of Harley Street - at the Northampton clinic and the London based hospital. For a reasonable initial consultation fee, I saw the surgeon on the first appointment in Northampton with an examination of the problem too - he was lovely (Professor Sandeep Hindocha). Once I had agreed to go ahead with the procedure, everything ran smoothly with the essential medical pre-checks carried out. There was no immediate rush to take the rest of the payment either... this was done much closer to the surgery date. My experience at the London hospital where the procedure was carried out was also very positive... a lovely, friendly and caring team... I was chatting and laughing with them through much of the procedure too!! I had regular aftercare phone calls for the first few days, so felt very looked after. All in all a great experience, great team, and great life changing results - thank you!

The staff are so kind and friendly, really helpful to put you at ease and relax you. I saw the same nurses and surgeon for my whole journey which made the whole process feel a lot more personal for me. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life and I am over the moon with my results!

Mr Bianchi came highly recommended to me by a relative who had recently been under his care. I was especially interested in how he performs the bunion and hammer toe surgery without the need for pins or wires and the fact you are mobile immediately. Three toes on my right foot required corrective surgery and Mr Bianchi explained the procedure beforehand so you fully understand what to expect. The surgery is performed in their private hospital in Fitzrovia and from start to finish, everything is first class. The staff put you at ease and Mr Bianchi is a lovely gentleman. The aftercare is excellent and I could not be more thrilled with my new, straightened toes! Thanks go to all the staff involved at the clinic and the hospital with a special mention to Mrs Fiona Casse, my patient advisor throughout who is the loveliest of ladies and super organised. She is always available to answer questions and I will definitely be returning to The Private Clinic to have my remaining foot sorted!

After doing a lot of research, I decided to go with Michael Mouzakis for my 4D lipo procedure, and I’m genuinely so happy with my experience. As a male, this was something I had wanted to do for years, so choosing the right surgeon was a really important decision for me.

Michael was not only a great surgeon, but also genuinely kind, professional, and reassuring throughout the whole process, which made me feel comfortable and confident from the start.
